22I ordered a griddle on line for a gift. It took 10 days to get here. It came without a shipping box. They simply took it off the shelf and slapped a mailing label on. No protection what so ever. It came with the box punctured, bent and damaged. I opened the packing slip, it contained no phone number to contact. Called a store to get a number and told them how Kohl's, Kmart, Walmart, etc.put in a shipping box. I don't have time to run to store I need to return and get an exchange. They would first need to have me take a picture of the box and send it to them for consideration. Like I have time for this? Won't buy from them again. Now I have to run to Target to return. Will continue to shop online at stores that care.
Not like other Targets, they should have more things, and instock items!
