***UPDATE. They still get one star from me. Find someone else to rent from, and find someone else to manage your property. You want to keep your tenants, and this company will run them off. The agent that rented the current property to me is incompetent, and clueless. Not only did she tell me the wrong amount to pay to move into my current place she also confirmed it after I asked her about that amount. And after making all three payments they wait until after I move in and sign the lease to notice a problem with my move in funds. And when I show them proof of her mistake they say I have to pay anyway. Their accountant hung up on me and when they responded to this review they only pretended to help so they could keep up appearances. Just go somewhere else where they actually know what they are doing. I suggest New Age Realty. Never had any problems with them.

TCS Management was such a great point of contact for me. The agent that helped me found me my ideal apartment that was affordable and in a safe neighborhood. Any questions or concerns the agent was there every step of the way. Any time I had any issues regarding my until the landlord was notified. All issues were handled with TCS Management and never was it an issue. I highly recommend TCS Management.

Was trying to purchase a property, and contacted the listed agent Chris Schepis several times. He contacted me by email once saying he would call that day, however I never heard from him. Very unprofessional.

I have been a tenant with TCS Management for 3 years and just moved out. The experience was excellent and the best landlords I have ever dealt with. Everyone in the company was always available if I ever had any questions about anything or had to put in a request. Coming from another management company (won’t blast the name), TCS made everything much easier.

I am an owner of a property supposedly managed by TCS, but every time I reach out to to a representative to get more information about what their company offers I get ignored. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND OFFER NO SERVICES.

If only I can give a negative star because those are very unprofessional, they almost made us killed, I mean it. Rent with them at your own risk
