We found Team Toyota of Glen Mills after we terminated a deal from Koons Tyson Toyota. After we placed a deposit with Koons Tyson Toyota our sales person decided to stop working for our business. Told our loan officer to stop calling him and we lost our financing. I began and started to talk to Nic Garcia of Team Toyota of Glen Mills. Told him what we had just been through and told him we were not in a position to play games. He was very nice and totally understanding. He was honest and most of all, attentive. Any questions we had, he got to us with in 30mins. And this was all through texting and emails. Immediately pick up our calls too. When we actually put money down, he continued to work to earn our business. Because we were driving four hours one way to the dealership, we wanted to make this a one day deal. We express the importance being able to take delivery that day after inspection of the car was satisfactory. Told him we wanted no surprises and wanted to be in and out of the dealership so we can drive back home. He made all that happen. He presented all the extras that could be had with no added pressure to buy. Nic Garcia is an asset to Team Toyota of Glen Mills. Other dealers in the area gave us quotes too, but we stuck with Nic. Thanks Nic. We love our Rav4

Very dissatisfied with service I set an appointment a week ago for a recall and they don't have the part when I get there on the day of the appointment!

Sales manager was extremely rude and attempted to embarrass my husband and in front of the rest of the staff. Would NEVER buy a car from this dealership.

This shady place sold me a certified pre-owned vehicle that had been involved in a collision. It didn't post to Carfax until after I bought it, and they refused to make things right when I discovered it later. Last time I ever pay a premium for CPO. No benefit, they can still cover up anything they want.

The staff at Team Toyota are very helpful, and do an incredible job to make your visit to Team a very pleasant experience.

Everytime I come to get my Toyota Prius serviced, they go out of their way to make me feel like I am their most important customer. I read some of the negative reviews and I haven't had any issues. I will continue to give them my business.

I saw the car was on sale in an online search, called the dealership and within days I was trying it out. Service was really good and they installed additional equipment that I wanted on site. I would definitely recommend and come back myself.

Great place and experience to buy a car or truck. Rob Urban is the the best salesman that I know. He's not pushy and won't put you into anything that you'll regret or can't afford. I've bought or leased 6 trucks, Highlander and 2 cars from him. I can't say enough good things about Rob and the rest of the staff!

The whole staff is just excellent in given great customer service especially John Oswald I know that job can be stressful with dealing with people but I thank you personally just being that courteous to me
