Terrible experience they said they had the car i wanted when i got there they didn't have any of the cars i wanted drove from new Jersey all the way there very unhappy they lie to get customers in

I usually have a good experience here when I go to their service department. However, their sales department can be hit or miss. The sales guy I got the last time didn't seem all that eager to sell me the car I wanted and wouldn't help me that much when I had concerns about my mobility challenged mother. It was because of this, that I went to another dealer to purchase a new vehicle.

I'm from Rochester NY. I currently live in the fingerlakes and tried buying a car through a dealer here and almost bought a lemon. My parents live in PA and have bought 4 cars through these guys! Nick was awesome and they gave me what my SUV was worth. No lowballing! The process was quick and easy. I love this dealership!

Don't buy the ProTec that they will try to sell to you. Scotchguard is the same thing and its 1/10 of the price.

Made an appointment to look at a car because I lived an hour away. When I arrived I was told the car already had a deposit on it and I couldn't look at it. What a waste of my time, communication goes a long way.

This place is awesome. I had a bad experience at a Ford dealer, and I went the next day and Roger Weber and Dave Haggarty listened and helped me to get a new car in an instant! I love my new Rav4 and highly recommend this dealership.

Toyota's Service side: Today I came in before they opened, around 7: 15am, for routine maintenance. I told them I needed to be out of there by 9am and they said we can accommodate that. They switched me to a different service rep who wasn't informed of my time constraint. Then they told me the tech didn't start looking into my car until 8am. My car was finally ready at 9: 45am. I've come here for my car service because it's close to home and normally its not that bad, but every once in a while there's lack of communication and becomes a big problem. Not the first time this has happened.

Purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid on 9/11/17. Although my mind was saddened as it always is on this day, I managed to get through the purchase with the help of my sales rep and the financial guy. I'm always happy when I go there. The environment is relaxing and the service is phenomenon. I always know learn something new and all my questions are answered.

There are so many Toyota dealership that offers free diagnostic, but Team Toyota is trying to steal diagnostic fee from us for investigating an issue in a car. Thats greedy, for just looking at the car you are trying to steal money from customer and which means you could potentially lie about an issue that could never exist. Also I had very bad experience just in the customer service trying to call in and get an appointment.

$70 for 30 min diagnostic support only is ridiculously pathetic, no other Toyota dealers ask for money without even figuring out the problem itself on a car. Please stop this type greedy business model. Also train your employees to stop comparing care repairs to health care. This is worst comparison ever. Cars are not Human being, also nobody like how our health care works.

I don't think its fair to take diagnostic fee of $70 for 30 min, that definitely pathetic, because you cannot find the problem within the time frame. It shows that you are so money minded, rather than fixing the problem of the car. Also stop comparing about car repairs with Heath care. For god sakes cars are not human beings. Besides nobody support/likes the health care industry and its business practices

Went there for a used car I had seen on the Internet. The salesman was relaxed, no pressure, and helpful, answered questions, etc. Excellent experience overall.

They extended the warranty to repair my vehicle, gave me a beautiful rental car, and quickly did the repair. They always shuttle me to where I want to go when they service my car and the waiting room is very nice, with free drinks and doughnuts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my car always works well. They never push for extra work to be done and I get 2 free oil changes per year where they check out my car.

I've purchased two cars from Team Toyota of Glenn Mills and have had a great experience. Exceptional customer service in sales, finance to servicing vehicle. Highly recommend. Also, Dan (the manager) is an asset to Team Toyota.always helpful and goes above and beyond!

These guys are the experts. In every way shape and form. They are polite, from the desk people to the mechanics to the free shuttle service employees. They go out of there way to try and help you with whatever your issue may be. Or maybe that's not your case and your looking to upgrade or have some regular maintenance. This location does everything you would expect from a dealership all while keeping it fun and friendly!
