The Cheesecake Factory reviews
28After having an exceptional experience in Syracuse I wanted to share that experience with my family. I shouldn't have expected the same experience here in Philly b/c I did not get it. The food wasn't tasteful at all, the drinks were okay but the people were pleasant. First time I had a bad experience was at the Willow Grove location and now this one too. I guess the nest tasting Cheesecake Factory is in New York.
I went to this location on Mother’s Day and treat my family to dinner. I waited a hour to be sitter which was expected, but I did not expect to have a very unsatisfactory service. My fiancé had a raw steak that was cold in the middle and my cousin received overcook rice which was mostly the entire dish. It took over one hour to receive this poor food quality, and the manager on duty around closing wasn’t listening to our complaints since she only took off my fiancé’s meal but not my cousin’s food. Eventually we all ended up leaving with empty stomachs since the appetizers were the only things that were cooked correctly. Plus, we didn’t see it our waiter at one point for over thirty minutes, so no refills for our beverages. Definitely ruined my first mother’s day.
Long wait for pick up or eat in.im side was 14 open tables that were space for social distancing but still lines out the door.
I advise everyone to have cash when paying their bill. I used a credit card and server Eileen D.fraudulently added a $10 tip to my receipt after I left. How dare she? It’s the principle. I don’t care if it was $1. I contacted a manager who took her time about looking up my receipt in the system and after finding it assured me I’ll be credited back my $10. Of course that never happened. My credit card company ended up adjusting the charge on their end. I tried contacting corporate via email and telephone, without success. Then after really looking into it realized corporate doesn’t even treat or respond to their own employees properly. I haven’t been to this location since before the pandemic. I couldn’t even remember why, but I know it was service related issues. This place is horrible
Food was good, service was good, however, they were a little slow bringing out the main entree. Very nice atmosphere.
It has really fallen off my sever was great the food was late they didnt have alot of appetizers on the menu entree came before appetizer slow order was wrong hot wings was burnt
Disappointed. Check out the trash under the bench seating in exterior areas, dirty floor and cushions. Burger over cooked. Service ok. Won't be back to this location Walnut St Center City, Pa.
Classic place to go for American food. The avocado roll and pastas are a must try. And do not leave of course without having a cheesecake. Loved the godiva chocolate cheesecake and oreo cheesecake. There is a wait here usually but you can get cheesecake packed if you are in a hurry. But the place is definitely worth the wait
The menu is just like every other chain but more chicken and tons of cheesecake. Why is everyone so infatuated by this place? It's simply a chain restaurant with a slightly higher cost.
Service was great, but the food was overpriced and bland. I have been to several Cheesecake Factories across the country and this one was simply not up to the standards of the name.
Amazing variety of food. Splendid desserts, from chocolate to vanilla. It's really an exquisite place to visit, the best in Philadelphia.
Fantastic clean pleasant atmosphere friendly helpful courteuous wait staff.great portions flavorful huge menu for every taste

I had such a great time, it was my grandsons 26th Birthday, our waitress was so nice. The manager came around twice thanking us for coming to his location, asking was everything ok.we had a big party of 30 of his friends and family. I'm so glad we have a cheesecake factory in center city of phila.
Service is great. Food is amazing. Portion sizes are big and the cheesecake taste heavenly. Need I say more. You have to just come and try for yourself.
If you've been to a cheesecake factory then you've been to them all. Great place to grab food and drink. The servers here were extremely polite and full of knowledge
Nice atmosphere, casual dining, as well as delicious. There is a bar as well that offers that fancy drink or beer you might be wanting to drink with your dinner or with out. Don't forget the cheesecake!
