The Cheesecake Factory reviews
28The experience was amazing even tho I had a bad experience with the burger I ate, the people were amazing and handled me in a nice and professional manner. The manager and server named Brad and Sonny were absolutely amazing thanks to them for the experience.definetly coming back.
Wow! Awesome place with some really good food.we had a birthday party and we're looked after well.staff v curt and hospitable.do visit n have some authentic food
Overall great experience with a breath taking interior! Everything was truly clean, spotless & properly arranged for our visit. Btw our waitress Anna was the icing on the cake!
This restaurant was horrible. I asked for fresh fries and they just microwaved them. The food was tasteless and I’m upset at the service.
This specific cheesecake factory is honestly very underwhelming. I've gone to it at least 4 times within the last like 5 months and every single time something is messed up. We only kept going because its the closest one to our campus and honestly had hopes that things would be better, but its a dub.
I personally have not eaten at this location. I ONLY pick up food to deliver to customers through a certain company. For some reason the take out staff can be rude and incompetent. I always have to practically beg for condiments and utensils for my customers and for some reason even though they do takeout orders they don't have paper plates for the customers this is crazy and it doesn't make no sense to me at least.
I meant to write this review ages ago. I had a low-key birthday celebration at the Cheesecake Factory on the night of the Eagles Parade. The crowds had cleared and the streets were strewn with debris. Nonetheless, my younger daughter & I met my Temple student children (2) at this fine establishment. I regret to say that I did not get the name of our waiter. He was so polite, upbeat, hardworking and accommodating after what must have been an exhausting & trying day. He was SO fun & willing to help us out. The food was GOOD, but seriously what made the celebration/night truly enjoyable for me was to have a young waiter who seemed to enjoy his job and tried to be the best he could be at his job! I will find out his name and speak to the manager! (Better late than never)
This is the second time I have ordered to go and my order was horrible. I ordered two platters that came to almost $40 dollars and it was a waste of money. They gave me the wrong burger nothing I ordered was on it no Nd they forgot my sides. And then my other meal was a steak it was not cooked it was like they rushed because it was late it was no meat just all fat so I could not even eat it and all red inside because it was not cooked my sides was potatoes that was not done an was very hard and was not cooked all the way. I was very upset spending that much to not be able to eat my food it was the last for me and it was one of are favorite places.
