The Cheesecake Factory, King of Prussia PA

Overpriced. Poor quality food. Cutting corners on quality meat. Won’t get dinner there again. Not worth it

It took our food 40 minutes to receive after ordering. 2 other tables with much larger orders including appetizers and desserts that ordered after us received their food first. I asked twice for pepper and the waitress finally sauntered over, after we were done eating, to bring it. All I ordered was Soup (which was Luke warm) & salad (way too much dressing which I asked for on the side). My friend ordered the Renee's special. His salad was drowning in dressing also. Shouldn't have taken 40 Minutes!

Very good food, pricy but enough food to have for two meals. Fantastic cheesecake, I come here all the time.

Ordered the chicken bellagio for Father's day lunch with my family. Chicken was moist but lacked any hint of seasoning after dumping half the shaker of salt on it still couldn't find any. The pasta was extremely oily and again lacked any trace of seasoning. Was my first and last time here. Besides the food the staff was friendly and attentive.

Hasn't figured out the entire pickup process. I spent 25 minutes trying to get my food. Food itself was fine.

One of my favorite places to dine! I did find that one of my favorite dishes has changed. They are doing all they can to help with the social distancing but changing the menu wasn't necessary.otherwise I love this restaurant and the service was on point.

What can I say about the cheesecake factory. Awesome food, service, and most of all. The cheesecake. Word of advice. If you gonna do in the mall, goto cheesecake factory first and see if the wait time is over an hour (more than likely it will be). That way you can reserve a spot first while you shop. Now if you wanna just go eat, make a reservation online. You'll save time waiting and hopefully you can just walk right in.

I ordered online take out. Use of gift card for payment online was easy. Wait time was ridiculous. I got my cheesecake, and 20 min later, my dinners. They also missed the fries that came with the kids meal. My son was so upset.

I ordered food while I was at work so I could just stop by to pick it up. It took approximately an hour for me to even start moving in the line and to get my food. By the time I got my food, everything was ice cold. Spinach juice was all over the bread they give you, and I added a slice of cheesecake. It took another 35 minutes for me to get the cheesecake, when everyone who was in line came after I did. The people who were in line when I was head of line were long gone. I had asked ahead of time if they could call me when everything was complete, so I could run from my store to get the food, but they couldn’t accommodate it. This is the second time we have ordered pick up from here, and I will not be returning. The main meal was ice cold, my spinach was extremely salty, bread was soggy, and I’m severely disappointed. Please avoid, go to Grand Luxe Cafe instead. Way better food and actually take care of their guests.

We went there for lunch today and asked for a gluten free meal which was obviously NOT GLUTEN FREE since my wife is having a terrible reaction to it right now.
I am incredibly disappointed and quite frankly very angry. I will never be eating there again.

Doesn't matter if it has been ordered before, they make you wait for 20 mins even with an online order. This is to deliberately show off that they are busy. Like the food but never liked how they operate the crowd. Bad crowd management and the worst part is, nobody is in sync with each other. Some say, come in and wait in a line, another says go out and wait in another line. Eventually, online order took around 35 mins to get picked up. The best part of all? They billed the order within the 1st minute, so there is no escape route.

Arrived at KoP Cheesecake Factory late Sunday. Most KoP restaurants were closed Wife had the Turkey burger with a salad.
I had the Classic burger. Both were delicious. Great service and great food.
As usual the cheesecake was delicious!

It's been a while since I was at the Cheesecake Factory. The food is amazing! They R the best place 2 celebr8 birthdays to! I highly recommend the Godiva choc cheesecake

We drove an hour to get here. I was trying to take the wife out to eat. Horrible service waited 20 min to get seated which is reasonable of course but then waited over 30 min and still no server but the two tables next to us were being served while we were ignored. 1st time here heard it was good but ill never return after this experience and when I asked why we werent served yet they said its shift change. So we left.

We were a party of six and three of us got sick after eating there. The place was to dark. The floor felt dirty to walk on. It needs a good cleaning

This is my second time going to this location at the King of Prussia Mall. I had a bad experience. Once again the manager's are not helpful especially James!

Fabulous food! Just one small complaint which is just me being picky. When my table received water there were no lemons and I noticed another waitress's area having water served with lemon.

The TexMex Egg Rolls was spoiled. I asked them to replace it but i think they bought the same stuff. Never ever order frozen food. My stomach was upset after eating couple of them. The pasta was good but not frozen food. Neve ever order frozen food in the cheese cake factory!

Simple take out order.said it would be ready in 15 minutes. 1: 35 minutes later still waiting after paying.very unorganized, and management does not care.anwers please!

The cake didn’t spell the name right, and the order was completely messed up and looked awful.would never purchase another cake from there considering it’s $60.
