The Cheesecake Factory, King of Prussia PA

The service was slow, We sat ready to leave for an hour, we stood waiting to get in for an hour, the food was okay? Theres alot better places for much cheaper. Just because me and my friends are younger dosent mean we arnt valid customers, We felt ignored!

A Good place to eat but a very bad choice if going as a large group (6 or more), which in case you'll have to wait for more than 2 hours. Food is very good and have a wide range of items in the menu.

This place was horrible. I asked for a diet soda and got a regular soda instead. Im a diabetic. But she put a lemon in it. Okay you know what simple mistake. Then she bringd my friend an alcoholic drink thinking it was the non alcoholic drink. Then when.i ordered no mushrooms deathly allergic to mushrooms my plate is covered in it

Ate here this afternoon. Excellent food and service by our waiter, Dwayne! This place never disappoints.

Overpriced. Very busy all the time. Takes forever. Plus I order the bacon bacon burger came with 4 strips of bacon. Tiny portion. Looked like a dollar burger with a giant bun

It’s Delicious to be honest. But they didn’t let me and my friend sit in or tell us we had to sit and order the cheesecake the lady told us to order it up front then when we asked to sit they said we couldn’t.all because we did what the lady said. We called the manager to see why we couldn’t sit &’ he said it was a policy after informing the gentleman about what we were told he said sorry.other than that it could have been better a seat wouldn’t of hurt them.

To be honest we just went there for cheese cake and it was awesome so many different choices so if you have a sweet tooth and love cheese cake just go and enjoy yourself. P. S.the service is awesome.

Worst experience ever! Ordered a beer and a water. Watched the people on one side eat there dinner and desert. Watched the people on the other side of us order there dinner, and get there dinner. Still did not get my beer, or my wife's water. Went to say something to the manager, they could care less.

Took the wife and I 40 minutes to get to the Cheese Factory. On a 1 to 10 scale. I give them a - 20. I will never go back.

Good wasn't that great and the service was horrible. I didn't want to stay for cheesecake, because I didn't want to hang around any longer. 2.5 hours was long enough.

Its fun to go here with my daughter.food is expensive and cheescake aint as good as u would think, but its nice to treat yourself once in awhile

The food was excellent the wait was way too long and the waitress was very unattentive too busy to really give us the attention we needed

Waste of time and money. Dinners came out separately. No fries. Server gave us 0 attention went without water for a while. Fries and chicken sand burger king could do better.

One of the worst service you will ever get. They couldn't serve water and drinks on time. Plus waiteress was absent all the time.

Great customer service. The food was great a little pricey though. Accommodated our large party of 13. It was a great experience.
