Could do a better job in maintaining plants.in times like these with severe heat waves, extra care is needed.most of the plants were dried out or broken due to mishandling

Cranberry Township Home Depot, it’s not a bad store but management really needs to learn how to treat it’s consumer base, better. I had a receipt to do a return and they gave me such a hard time. Some BS about having 3 returns in a year! Between Walmart, Home Depot, and Sam’s? I said wait, why are you combining other stores and I thought that applied for returns without a receipt? They tried saying some other stuff but it was obvious that it was “discretionary”. Prejudice. That’s why I only give Cranberry HD 3 Stars, because they’re extremely prejudice! The store has anything you could possibly need! But you’ll be treated like donkey dung!

Careless with the carts. They helps put a table in my car. Scratched the paint of my back bumper.

It's Home Depot, what's to say? Everything you need for materials and tools to build whatever you want to build or repair.

Alex helped me with an online order, he was great and very helpful. He got the items I needed very fast and corrected my mistake. Great service as always.

Big box store. Have a better variety then Lowes hands down. Wood is better quality. Tile is cheaper and more variety. Shop here for a better variety and more bang for your buck!

It's a great home depot. It's a good store with good ppl & they usually have anything u may need to get for any projects that might need some attention.

Love the Home Depot. They always have what I need, and the Cranberry store has a good, helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Had the worst experience, I have never been treated so rudely by an employee of a store like I was today. Asked an associate for help and guidance on block for a retaining wall and he pretty much told my wife and I we didn’t know what we were talking about and that he wasn’t going to help us and rolled his eyes and walked away. We learned our lesson shop local went to a local landscaping company that was glad to have our business they took the time to talk to us and explain what was needed. Can’t emphasize enough shop at your local small business.

Stopped in to make a purchase of about 50 sq/yds of carpet. While looking at the various samples, the woman working the dept looked at me twice, we made eye contact, and she never approached me. Once my wife arrived, the associate asked if we needed help within 2 minutes. She couldn't answer the 2-3 questions I had-so for those reasons, I'm off to Lowe's.

Rented a truck to move our daughter (6 hrs.total trip), great price, great deal with AAA and they deducted a 1/2 hr (late). Or we would if gotten charged another day! Very clean truck and reliable! The young lady outside home and garden. Was extremely helpful! She was busy working the outside register. And went out of her way to help us. I was looking for a garden gnome. And she was determined to help me. Awesome service! I will definitely recommend this Home Depot. Just because of her!

Nice place to shop lot of people to help you when you need something fast and friendly cashiers

This is one of my favorite stores. Home Depot has created a culture of service that is incomparable.

They wouldn't match their online price on a product that hadn't been delivered yet to me. Had placed for an order and week a later price dropped - and they wouldn't match the price drop.

Picking up rental truck. Good customer service. Went out of the way to help a lady get potting soil and bring to her.
