Was easy to find exactly what I was looking for, needed assistance with cutting a 2x4 and the gentleman was right there and answered all of my questions and cut for me. Will start shopping here from now on.
I heard a gentleman ask the kitchen design employee if he could get help with dish washers. I was appalled by the lack of any kind of customer service from this individual. No offer to page for assistance from this rep. Customer asked if he could page. Response was he should be around somewhere. What was kitchen rep doing before and after this incident? Completely absorbed on his CELLPHONE.
They made a mistake on my special order flooring which cost me about $300. According to them, there’s nothing they can do now so I am stuck paying for their mistake. Even after they looked me in the eye and told me they billed it wrong. Why should I have to pay for their mistakes? Terrible customer service.
The paint department was a great experience every other employee was extremely rude and unhelpful
