Thrifty Car Rental - Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)

I had to wait a hour for a car, then was told that the special rate with Expedia can't be honored. When I was given a car it smelled like smoke, I had a 15 month baby with me. When I asked for another car, I was told I had to wait an hour, because there wasn't any cars available. When I called customer service after my experience, I was told that because I signed the contract, they can't help me. If I didn't sign the contract, I would be stuck without a car. Go figure, I would never rent another car with this company, why would I want a 100.00 dollar voucher, when all I wanted was an adjustment of 57 dollars and ten cents. I had to wait a long time just to speak to someone, then they would put you on hold and hang up on you.
