Tower Health Urgent Care, Douglassville PA

By far the best urgent care in our area! My family and I use this urgent care exclusively for school physicals, sick visits, healthcare worker required employment tests. Have always had friendly staff/doctors/nurses and superb service. During one particular urgent care visit a few years ago, I had gone to them for treatment due to having a severe migraine with severe nausea.

The doctor and nurse on shift at that time were AMAZING! They did a medical exam, listened to my medical history and asked about my current health issues. Finally, they asked me to tell them what exactly was going on—I told them I’m a chronic migraine sufferer, who was experiencing a monster migraine with a pain level of 12/10 with lots of nausea at the time! I was still in the pre-diagnosis (es) period and had just had testing at Jefferson hospital’s Headache/Migraine Clinic.

I could tell they were truly interested in what I was sharing with them. They listened to me and what I was saying and they had compassion for me! Compassionate care is hard to find anywhere this data! The doctor and nurse could tell I was hurting, and that I needed relief. Lastly, they asked how it with what the ER would normally do for my migraines. So, I told them my typical “migraine cocktail” (combo of meds), which they then administered via IV within the next 15 minutes. They let me lay in a dark exam room for at least 45-60 minutes while the medicine did it’s work. Once I told them I was feeling better I was sent home.

Additionally, the prices for this urgent care with our insurance is always much much much reasonable (usually just our copay), than going to the ER at the hospital.

My insurance is VA unfortunately unable to go with the problem today because of covid. Went to tower health, my physicians assistant Sherley was excellent explained everything she was doing while she was doing it. I only had to wait about 15 minutes before I saw the physicians assistant. I highly recommend them.

This location and team is amazing! The front desk ladies are fantastic.so sweet and welcoming. Best urgent care experience I ever had.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I was seen, had my prescriptions and was back at work within 2 hours.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my three year old after getting her finger slammed in a door. The doctor and staff all did a great job working with her and helping her to feel comfortable. She was very nervous before we got there and left smiling!

Personnel at the front desk were friendly and professional. The facility was clean and orderly. However was seen by Physicians Assistant M who was unsympathetic and showed zero concerns to my issues. She asked me what I was taking then after I told her she said well if that works for you. I really felt it was 100 percent a waste of my time. Never been treated that way before at this facility.

My husband had taken a fall, we were from out of state, we asked family from the area and they told us about Tower. They were professional and caring from the check in to the nurse, doctor and x-ray tech. We thanked them for their compassion in assisting him in his care. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I had a painful stomach issue and they went over all the possibilities and were able to pinpoint and solve my problem.

Service was very good and professional. I reside in nj and answered ally questions regarding being out of state. Also it was after hours for all pharmacies to be closed and they provided me with the meds i needed.

I love the douglasville urgent care. Great doctors. Knowledgable and comforting. And they'll send your scripts straight to the pharmacy so you don't have to deal with all that when your sick. I also had to call the next day to change a script and they were very nice. Didn't have to go back in and pay or any of those issues.

The woman at the front desk put my information in incorrectly and almost gave me a heart attack after she told me my insurance was inactive. I left because she wasn’t very nice. I called my insurance company immediately when I got home and they assured me that my insurance is fine and I’m fully covered. I didn’t even get to see a doctor. It was this woman’s mistake she put the wrong info in that I couldn’t even be seen by a physician.

I went there with shortness of breath. The professionals took great care in getting me relief. I ultimately had to go to the hospital but their kindness and care were greatly appreciated

I’ve been going here for years and never had any issues with the staff. They’ve treated broken arms, scraped corneas, sprained ankles, and much more. Very professional and kind! Can not recommend highly enough!

They are the friendliest people and help you out matter how awful you feel. They make sure you get out of there, feeling way better then coming in.

I was attacked by someone and got a concussion and went to urgent care to get diagnosed. I got there and had to wait about 15 minutes to get called back. But I had to wait almost two and a half hours to be seen through everything. Not that it was a problem. But I spent most of that time alone in the room myself. The staff was great, got along with them all. As far as my symptoms go, it’s getting worse, so looks like another visit I’ll have to make!

Great staff, doesn't accept the same insurance as the hospital nor the Tower health urgent care that is less than a mile up the road, but closes at 6.2nd time in 2 months tower health didn't accept my insurance.oh but they do.

Won't go anywhere else. I was greeted right away and taken back in just a few minutes. I saw Dr. Breanna Little and she was very kind and thorough. My whole visit was less than 30 minutes.

Great people fast speedy care. Better than the ER and so much easier than trying to get in quick with my regular doctor.
