26Yes, it was a bit busy even at 8: 55 am when I arrived, but the wait was unbelievably long. Otherwise, I would have given, y experience 5 stars.
I was seen to quickly and treated with care and attention by the nurse and P. A. If only I could find a doctor's office this kind and efficient!
This place is AMAZING. Every time I go there I am in and out quickly. The staff is very courteous and professional. I just took my 8 year son there last weekend and we were out the door 30 minutes after signing in. If that wasn’t impressive enough, I received a phone call the following day to see how he was doing.
Just wanted to say that the entire staff the night that I went to Urgent Care where the most caring and compassionate people I highly recommend urgent care in Douglasville thank you so much

Very pleasantly surprised and relieved to find a real "urgent care" facility. There is minimal wait time. The facility is clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, sincerely concerned about the patients. I highly recommend choosing Premier Urgent Care over others and, definitely over the ER.
