All the staff was very helpful in the process with my repairs and purchases. They were knowledgeable about the products I bought and they were skilled at the repair work performed on my bike. I'll definitely be back.

Tim and the test of his staff were great and answered any questions. Having drove 2 hours to buy the bike was worth the experience.

The staff at the Trek shop in Wayne, especially Mike Gibbons, were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Over period of three days, they answered my questions, made recommendations, helped me with test rides and prepared the bike for delivery. The last time I bought a bike was 17 years and 25,000 miles ago. I was very happy with this experience. I look forward to them taking care of me and my bike for a long time and would certainly recommend that anyone in the market for a bike visit this shop.

I am very pleased with the workmanship at Trek, Wayne. The two bikes I had reconditioned are like new. After completing the repairs there was a minor issue with the brake pads. I stopped by the shop and they corrected the issue while I waited. I gave them 4 stars because of the difficulty I experienced contacting them over the phone. I left a message on their machine with the promise of a return call and it never occurred. It took 2 more times before a person answered the phone.

Tim and the team were extraordinarily helpful in outfitting us with accessories, test rides, and pointing us in the direction of nearby trails. We will definitely be back!

Customer service is tops. The staff handles all our service needs and they have expert advice for all types of riding.

They made me wait outside in the sun for 30 minutes and never once came out to tell me to come in. This is because of their “social distancing” rules

Had a significant crash with my bike and the guys at Trek Bicycle Wayne not only repaired my bike but gave it back in a timely manner & in the best condition it's ever been.

I needed to raise the handlebars on my bike to make it more comfortable to ride. They had exactly the parts that I needed at a very fair price and their tech was very professional and showing me what needed to be done to install the parts. I’ve also taken my bikes there for various repairs and service and tuneups in the past and have always been treated very professionally.

Finally had a professional bike fit from Tim and it was very beneficial. Tim's experience as a cyclist and expert fitter really came through, and I recommend this for anyone who hasn't been properly fitted lately or ever.

Admittedly, I am the most annoying, pain in the butt customer there is. I ask a million questions and take forever to make a decision, even after doing a ton of research in advance. Steve was extremely patient with me, answering every question I had, and if he didn't know it he didn't hesitate to go find the answer. I had an amazing experience buying my new bike and would recommend working with Steve and visiting the Trek Bike shop in Wayne to anyone.

First visit as new to area.staff super helpful and friendly and were able to do repair same day. Also fixed some other minor faults with bike without charge.
