24Great service! I bought a new mountain bike at the Trek Store in Wayne in March 2019. Everybody there was so helpful. I took out a demo on a Saturday, rode the bike on Sunday, came back to the store on Sunday to return the demo and buy a bike. They helped me with the fit of the bike, helped me choose some accessories for it and completely set up by bike for me while I waited. The new bike also came with a free 30 day and six month checkup. I couldn't be happier. I absolutely recommend this store.
I'm very happy with the help and service I received at the Wayne Trek Store. I'm even happier with the bike I brought home. Tim was patient and professional, listing to what I needed and coaching me toward the right choice.

Brought my road bike in for level 2 service, and it was almost like getting a new one back when they were finished with it! Very nice and knowledgeable staff, too!
