The last time I was here (July) the services were great my family is having an event in December so I will be back to use their services again and the vehicle was new nice and clean thumbs up!

One of my more positive experiences at Uhaul. This location has a ton of vehicles so you could easily rent something that day and be fine.

Extremely rude, incompetent and lazy workers screwed up my rental on two separate occasions. Costing me a ton of money having to make last minute calls. I would never deal with this place again.if your only option is this uhaul location consider carrying your stuff on your back even if it is a cross country move!

I have had 2 months of rude and inconsiderate workers and a few lies just to get there money. I would not recommend this place to store your things nor do I hope to never need them again.

Efficient service, affordable prices, and central location. Easily accessible via bikeshare, subway or several bus lines. Clean facility and friendly staff.

Terrible customer service. Allowed me to reserve a truck and put a $50.0 dollar deposit on this location. 2 days before moving day, they called me to tell me they are completely sold out and I need to pick my Uhaul at another location, which was 10 miles from me. When I asked polilety to speak to a manager the employee hung up on me. Disappointed customer!

Rented a broken truck to me. The staff is friendly but poorly trained and not functioning properly as a team.

Everything went very well very organized rented a truck for 4 hours from start to finish no problems easy paperwork friendly staff

Terrible customer service. Would always charge $30 refueling fee and always reverse the fee upon proving a gas station receipt. Fraud

They were very busy, but all the staff was friendly and helpful, and it's easier to get in and out of than you would think:)

My experience was horrible with the truck they are all falling apart.dirty inside they clean nothing. My resting a uhaul was miserable. Could assist a lit more looks they do nothing but barely ring you up.
