30Right now it's appointment only which is a big inconvenience. On a normal day the wait time is pretty good. I have never waited more than 15 mins and all of my issues were resolved right then and there
Lost my phone. They were very secure with making sure it was mine but it was quick and pianless.
Took me three days to get an appointment to solve an online issue.submitted documents online before expiration date, stood pending for almost aweek untill I was seen at the hub. That is loss of income in a sluggish market pl.

I'm grateful for Uber. They're not perfect noone and nothing is. They have created so many jobs for people. I'm a truck driver and when my truck went into the shop and there were no loads for me for weeks I was able to just go rent a car and make money. So fast, simple, no interview, no orientation. I had to wait for a background check, that's it. Uber is now my full-time job instead of driving a truck. It's less time on the road, same pay and more time at home. Thank you Uber. You're pretty awesome.
I live outside the city. Most of my concerns should be able to be address via Customer Service. It's unfortunate that I have to drive so far for some really easy things to get fixed.

Went to get the decals because mines we're taking too long to get to me. Drove there and got in line and got the decals a few seconds into my turn to speak to a rep.

Very well run hub. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I told my helper they were technically acute with a touch of flair. A modern era place that treated everyone with respect.
The worst service every. Uber have false advertisement. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The customer service at this location sucks and the quote on quote expert doesn't know anything. The management team are air heads. Secondly, the customers have to stand up while the Agent is sitting down so unprofessional.
I was an Uber driver up until today. Most of my money comes from jumping the bridge and taking people to the Philadelphia Airport, A sporting Event or Convert. Our privileges as of April were taken away from us, taking a big chunk out of my weekly income because of it. Why do companies take away workers lively hood.incredible!
The best job I ever did was to become an Uber driver. Meet new people, explore & travel to new places. Overall the best experience for the 3 1/2 years of driving I’ve done. The employees here are really helpful and friendly.
I love Driving for Uber but there’s to many drivers! They stopped the gas card! Now I need a rental they said go on Fair but I don’t live in that state and so Iam out of making money because by driving Uber my car turned into garbage and I can’t afford to fix my car because i dont make any money any more. Uber now is going down the drain they should allow people who do not have fair available to be able to rent a car!

Uber drivers arr underpaid and under valued for the risk they take each time they pick up a passenger. Uber takes entirely too much of a percentage. Too often incidents are happening and being swept under the rug Uber is not held accountable. A self-driving car killed a woman. This could have been prevented.
