They no longer ship out of PA and don't respond to emails. I ordered worms in January that died in 3 weeks, I ordered another 1000 which were shipped out of Florida a week ago and have been sitting in Memphis for 4 days now. I doubt they'll even be alive when they get here, I've tried to contact customer service for several days now with no response
