Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Chester PA

Pizza arrived lukewarm. Waitress took it back and it still wasn’t piping hot as expected, but we didn’t want to send it back. The drinks were weak and the waitress took my husband’s drink before he finished. He had 1/4 remaining. It was a let down because I’d been craving deep dish pizza for weeks. There were a couple other issues we had with the server (ie spilling a drink and bringing us napkins for us to clean it up when she made the mess, forgetting to bring our card back after paying). I love Uno’s but I’d never visit this location again.

I go to this place quite a bit! This is the best place to eat. I go there frequently. The cooking is of high quality, the staff is courteous and the price is good. I like meeting in this restaurant over a rich supper.

A friend of mine and I stopped in there for lunch. I got the chicken fingers and french fries, he got Buffalo mac and cheese and sodas. Our bill was $37.26 Our waitress forgot our Mazzeralla sticks as an app but it worked out okay because the food was enough for lunch.

Great Shrimp Primavera- who knew? ! 2 at our table had the Chicago Pepperoni pizza and loved it. Tonight the piped-in music was pretty darn good. Always love being here when it’s cold out & we have a table near the fire place. Great service (Nicole)!

As a Widener University student, it's a good place to out and hangout. The food is a hit or miss though, sometimes it's banging, other times, not so much.

The service was bad and the garden salad only comes with one cucumber one tomato one piece of onion. Thats one slice!

If I could rate this zero Stars I would I had the worst bartender experience in a bar that I can remember being in in a long time I waited 20 minutes standing there patiently waiting to pay my tab they looked past me and at me at least five times walking right by me as I was standing there with the money and the bill in my hand don't bother going there if you need a drink.this place sucks

Quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever had, anywhere. The staff was welcoming. The host was kind. The waitress was good, but the food was horrid. Just an FYI to the waitress, if someone ordered chicken parmigiana, and only takes one bite of the chicken, you should probably ask what was wrong.

Tonight the staff were good. FOod tasted good. Friends and I go there every few weeks. Good experiences.

Terrible service, ordered a beer, server proceeded to sit down a table next to me and watch football for over 20 minutes. Before getting up and getting my drink.

We always get great service and VIP treatment. We enjoy watching the football games there every Sunday.

Food is ok but staff here are not pleasant or helpful. Could do much better. We arrived with a party of 10 at lunch time with nearly no other patrons and it still took nearly an hour for our food. Never again!

Food was good, establishment needs some updates and staff could have better customer service. But the food was delicious over all!

My go to restaurant that I visit regularly. Good drinks, food, servers and happy hour Monday to Friday. Half off on appetizers and beer specials along with cocktails.

Good food, clean establishment with friendly staff! Love the out door patio seating as well! Good job guys!

Let me y’all this.this place is horrible. The staff is ghetto and the food is sub par. I’m pretty sure they spit in people’s food. I’ve heard a lot of people say it. It is costly for sometimes not fully cooked food. Check y’all meat before y’all eat it. Be careful!

Food was delicious very good. This restaurant is new a little over a year old. The restaurant is geared to college students that have paid meals in there tuition and as well all students for lunch and dinner.

The food is decent but expect a long wait, bad service, and an expensive bill. Only reason I go here is for the food, that is it.
