Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Chester PA

Service was terrible. Drink orders were staggered by at least 10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for an appetizer only to find out that the bartender didn't order it. She was on her phone the entire time. They are far too under staffed and over priced. I spent 100 dollars each time. Never again.

Ok pizza, but the service is horrible from the managers, greeters, waiters, they have no accommodations for children

This place gets consistently slammed with college students, lines are very common here. Service is very good here though, and there are some excellent specials. Solid scampi, pizza was overcooked, though still quite good.

Every time I go here my order gets messed up in one way or another. First time my order never got put into the kitchen so I had to get my meal to go since everyone else was done eating. Second time the fryers shut off and our food was delayed about 30 mins.

Walked in to a foul odor. May have been the rugs, whatever it was even my grandson said, "I don't want anything from here, it stinks" so we left. I had previously ordered take out, which was meh.had to bring the chocolate cake back because it was old and dry for $10 a slice I want fresh cake. The manager was accommodating.

I eat here a lot. 90% of the servers and workers are super nice. The others seem like they don't want to work there. The only thing I don't like is the food is different everytime I go even if it's the same thing from the menu. It's not consistent at all.

Great draft selection. Happy hr daily from 4-6. Good music. Good food. A lil pricy during regular hrs

I love this place. Sat outside every day I went. Food, environment and great staff. Definitely a go to place after a busy day at work.

The food is delicious. On this visit, service was sluggish. Otherwise a good spot for a quick bite.

Food and service was very good. It seemed like a newer building so it was very clean. It's located at widener university so it is popular with the college kids in the area. It also has a large parking lot for convenience. My burger was perfect. And the wait staff was very attentive I also believe it was the manager also checked on us witch was nice. All said and done it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

Im a delivery driver for Uber Eats. My orders are always ready for delivery when I get there. The staff are excellent and very friendly.

Seems brand new, by which I mean clean and very well run/staffed. Lobster roll (seasonal special) was actually really good, and I'm from Maine! Tuesdays are free kids meal with adult entree purchase.
