UPS CC, Horsham PA

The WORST! EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER ANYTHING DELIVERED BY UPS, THEY SIMPLY JUST CAN'T FIND MY ADDRESS, which is clearly listed on the FRONT OF THE GOD DAMN BUILDING.

Amazon somehow loves to have my packages go through and 95% of the time all my deliveries never arrive the day they show out for delivery. They're always days late. Amazon has already given me refunds for the shipping costs and compensation but man you guys have the worse delivery service and the slowest.

10 days shipping! 11th day, they marked it wrong address before trying to bring. UPS has been delivering to me, same address, more than 3 years.

I had a great experience at this UPS center today. I had six heavy boxes that had to be returned to Amazon and the time was getting very close to closing for the midday slot. I needed to show my phone to get return sku information. Of course my cell phone app was acting up and I was being very slow and getting the information needed. The two ladies that helped me w.excellent representatives of UPS

Tracking and customer service lacks any human satisfaction. Totally useless. The information on tracking was all over the place. Says shipped from Illinois, then says arrived in Horsham, Pa our local UPS facility, then two days later says shipped from Salt Lake. Now 4 days late. Don’t blame the virus on your bad business practice.

Delivery driver was too lazy to walk up a flight of stairs and knock on the door. Said "Delivery was attempted", however, I was home at the time and the driver didnt call or knock at all. They did enter the building and leaver other packages for residents. So they clearly were just too lazy to walk up a flight of steps and 100 ft down the hall to even try and knock. I'd be embarrassed if I was that useless.

Edit: Once again from the same location the useless drivers were unable to deliver a package with one day shipping in over 3 days. Not sure how this facility is still in business

I like the convenience of having the UPS center close by. It's a little quirky. They are very insistent that you enter through one door and exit through a different door. I suppose there's a good reason for that even though it isn't obvious to me. I did come over recently to pick up a package that was supposedly being held for me, but it took some time for them to locate the package and have it brought over from the other side of the facility. Took about 40 minutes but they came through.

I have packages coming in frequently and they never can get it to the access point in a timely manner. And the few times I told them I will pick it up at their site I had to wait over an hour to get my package.

I've shipped here in the past and did not have any problems. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. UPS is my first choice in shipping.

Excellent place to drop a package as late as 8pm. Good location to also pickup stuff not delivered at home (will hold packages free of charge). Convenient to Horsham, Willow Grove, Hatboro.

0 stars if I could. Horrible service. The customer service just dodges questions I always hang up angry. Horrible horrible

Came here today, Thursday, during business hours and saw a sign on the door that ssy closed due to Eagle's parade. Very professional UPS.that is ridiculous and unacceptable.

The worst service I have ever received from any mailing service. Many employees must be trained/retrained on business programs and services offered by UPS

December 3,2017. What is going on with Horsham UPS? For the past several weeks they have been holding packages at Horsham for days without even trying to deliver them? Its Christmas! Pay overtime or hire more people! What is wrong with you?

If your package comes through this branch, it will be delayed. There is no phone number so don't bother calling. Just wait, patience is a virtue.

I ordered one day delivery and has been on delay for 15 hours and I live a hour away absolutely horrible

I went to pick up a package that I had held here. The people were friendly and courteous even though I was picking up my package close to closing time during the first week in December. The woman behind the counter found my package, checked my ID, and I was on my way.

This is the worst mailing service ever I will make sure that they never ever deliver my package again. I pre-ordered a game on Black Friday it was supposed to be delivered on December 12 they lost it two times and broke it in the same day and they won’t even pay for replacement fees I have never experienced so careless effort

My package was to arrive today and was delayed once it got to Horsham. Already waited three days for 2 day shipping. On to the 4th. Fire all the employees at this location or I will not be using UPS again because of this location and my packages not getting to me from Philly to Scranton. Always stuck in Horsham. If you see your package arrived in Horsham I will guarantee you a delay.

The staff was very helpful. I forgot my wallet and they let me get it without making me take my package to be shipped.
