30Where should I start, Hum! 2 orders from qvc has been stuck at this location for 3 weeks now, no update no delivery or item, where are my packages UPS horsham pa?
I had a delivery that needed a signature and no one would be home for it. I was able to get my new phone without having to wait for a different delivery method. The lady at the counter was so helpful!
Went on a job interview. Terrible hours. Low pay. No benefits for the first year. Fed ex has them beat by a mile
Worse delivery service ever! I received a broken package and sent it back. When I got my new one they never found my address and told me lies about how nobody was here to receive it when there was. UPS YOU SUCK!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was that I didn't get a discount for being a UPS employee
Had to update address. After checking in 2 days later they have record of my call but not my new address. How does that work? Can't wait till USPS is the only delivery service.
I ordered a soccer goal on 5/28 and it was supposed to arrive 6/1 with Amazon Prime. It has yet to arrive and i'm guessing some careless UPS guy put the package on the wrong truck and now its lost. How do you lose a 100lb huge soccer goal package honestly like learn to read labels and get ship packages on time. It disappoints me the most because I used amazon prime for this which certifies free 2 day shipping and it has now been 6 days. Very disappointed in this service and will never use again.
They were closed when I got there, but one of the drivers let me put my package over the gate so it would get to the delivery area. Of course I had prepaid, otherwise that wouldn't have happened.
The driver never knocks or rings the doorbell. I would know if they did, because my annoying dog barks at everything. I intentionally worked from home today to receive this package, but now I have to drive 30 minutes out of the way to pick it up. This is not the first time this has happened.
