I ordered a Laptop from Office Depot and i was tracking it so the last scan was on July 17th so when I called on July 30th to ask where my package is they tell me it is lost so aftwe the back and forth the customer service is ridiculous i had to order another computer Office Depot refunded me my money and till this day no word on what happened to the first Laptop I don't ever want to do business with UPS Again they don't care and the way they handle things is ridiculous and I have no faith in them

2 weeks package was left in driveway, car wS covered so they didnt think we werent home. They could see a covered porch coming down our main driveway.

I've been trying to get a hold of the new stanton location to see if i could come pick my packages up instead of waiting till Monday to hopefully get it but the number is for the automated ups and you can not get a hold of anyone. Horrible service

They never follow the drop off instructions. I'm not able talk to a live person at UPS I'm very frustrated it

My package was delivered to a UPS facility (which is 3 miles from my home) I called repeatedly to pick it up even though it was set for delivery) they couldn’t find my package and said I would ha e to wait until they got it sent for finally delivery. I waited 5 days for a package that was sitting in the facility the whole time. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Don't go to FedEx. UPS is the best I work there by the way and I'm very sarcastic if you go to FedEx it would probably save me some back pain

Got a package with one day shipping, guaranteed delivery Friday through Amazon Despite using an address I always use, they marked it as undeliverable. I've now called them 4 times, and was told personally by two different representatives, one with the distribution center and one with the customer service team that I would be able to get it today and yet I received a call that that wouldn't be possible. Now my earliest delivery is Monday, which is ridiculous. So thankful Amazon uses the USPS for the bulk of their prime shipping, because this level of "customer care" is be ridiculous.

The delivery drivers say there is a weather emergency if they see one snowflake and then don't deliver the packages. I have been waiting for 5 extra days for my package and it still isn't here.
Update.
I spoke with 2 people yesterday and was assured my packages would be held for delivery so that I could pick them up today. Yep.they didn't do that right either. I got notification email this morning that they were out for delivery. So it will be yet ANOTHER day that my things ride around on their truck and don't get delivered.

For the second time in the past 8 months I have gotten an email saying that me stuff has been delivered to my front door and yet it isn't there. I have never had a problem with any other shipping place but UPS is just horrible. The last time this happened they said someone in our apartment building must have stollen it. We know the people in our building and they wouldn't do that. They have delivered our stuff to the other 2 buildings next to us and the people always bring the things to us. If I could choose for someone else like FedEx to ship my items I would always choose them over UPS.

I applied for driver helper as they advertised an to get there an only had warehouse help. This place is a joke said $150 bonus an I was there a week but couple days was unable to Come in due to snow couldn't get out of driveway an I called an did everything I was suppose to an got let go that Mike Keyes is a sorry dude an I didn't get my bonus but its ok cuz was gonna put notice in don't got time for a job that pays only 10.20 an hour what we living in the early 90s? Going back to oil field so many of these people in leadership are not professional at all I would never ever want to come back I didn't miss anything warning to all be aware

UPS has delayed several of my last packages and there is no apparent reason. Shipping is payed and a date is set and then magically the packages are unable to be delivered. I am really disappointed in there service.

I had a missing package not only did they find it in a timely manner they had it to me the same day I called in. Best customer service I could ask for.

Arriving here is simple again. Now that work is complete and you dont have to voyage all the way around to get there. Busy, productive environment but you can get IN and OUT without attitude

Every time that AMAZON uses these people, it makes the transaction a poor deal.today, an order of mine actually traveled AWAY from my home.amazon and i are done, until they get decent shipping together.

Terrible delivery service, just gonna let my package sit and collect dust, when I get two day shipping I expect it to be shipped in 2 days, but instead takes you 5 days to do so, either your drivers are inconsistent or your intentionally doing this, get your act together.

Service absolutely sucks. I was told my package was here yesterday when I got there they said it wasn't unloaded. I'll call today and guess what still not unloaded. Should be a refund if you don't get it when you pay for it

I have had 30 packages delivered this year alone. Suddenly today, a package was statuses undeliverable because of a bad address? I use the same address, Amazon automatically puts it in, there is NO WAY my address is bad. The only number to call is the 800 number where you can't HEAR OR UNDERSTAND the rep. All he does is put a message in for someone to call me from my local store. I'm pissed. It was raining today. Did the driver not feel like getting out of the truck. I'm fed up.
