UPS Customer Center, New Stanton PA

Multiple times now I have been told my package was delivered. Yet when I check it is not delivered. The drivers at this UPS store say they "Delivered" a package when they only picked it up. Nothing like leaving work to come home and put a package inside and there is no package.

Understaffed during my visit. One clerk to handle 6 customers.packages were located in another part of the facility, had to wait for the clerk to retrieve them.

Thank you for supposedly losing my package. I am a photographer and all of my equipment was in my package. I strongly believe somebody stole all of my stuff. Thanks. Now I can't work or pay any bills.

I do not understand how with today's GPS Systems and navigation a driver cannot find an address. Especially when I have called and given directions and customer service has noted it in the computer. Happens all the time.

This facility is terrible, my package was supposed to be sliver on Thursday after I placed my shipment on Tuesday. The two day shipping has turned into a multiple day shipping and still has yet to come. This is very irritating as they are the tires for my car which means I'm unable to do anything until I recieve them.

Anytime I have a package that comes through this hub, there's a 70% chance I won't get it or if I do, contents will be destroyed, box looks like it was dragged down the road or items missing from package. Right now I'm waiting on a package that has an arrival scan at this hub seven days ago and has never been scanned again.

I honestly dont know how this place is still operating with all the low scoring reviews this location gets. UPS needs to do something about this. No one should be promised 2 day shipping just to end up getting there product 2-3 days LATER.my product was supposed to come in today (saturday) but instead it's sitting in their warehouse on a shelf for 2 more days. YOU GUYS STILL SHIP ON SATURDAYS! WHY CANT THE 2 DAY SHIPPING PROMISES BE FULFILLED.

Great place to get your parcels posted, especially if you want them delivered on time, very friendly, always helpful.

Staples cant scan a QR code to return an Amazon package at their UPS DESK. Neither can the UPS HUB? ! WHAT KIND OF ASS BACKWARDS CRAP IS THIS? THEY SAY I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A UPS STORE IN PITTSBURGH.

Brown is the perfect color scheme for UPS. It's symbolic of crap which is what the company's core values are built on.

Everything i order though UPS just sits in this location for 2-4 days before it goes to my local ups just north of Pittsburgh for delivery. My packages also always arrive very dirty, torn and dented and i suspect its because of this place also. Go check out this locations facebook page and youll see that the employees there dont mind posting pictures of themselves slacking off at work so im not surprised. I wish there was a way for packages to skip this place so i could get them on time.
