25Nikki at VCA is the most amazing groomer we have ever had for our little fur baby Zoey. Zoey had a rough past when she was little and now suffers from neurological damage. Nikki is patient, kind, and gentle with her. She is the only groomer our family would recommend for your fur friend. If you want a groomer who treats your baby like it’s her own stop in at VCA to meet the wonderful Nikki!
Very professional. Quick appointments (we were able to get one the same day). Dr. Falzone was very attentive to our cat. He didn't even seem to mind being there!

I have owned irish setter show dogs for 20 years now in the Moscow area. I have been to many animal hospitals in the area over the years. After a very horrible mistake was made on one of my dogs I changed over to VCA Dunmore animal hospital. Dr Ramsi was highly recommended to me. My new irish setter has been going to VCA for 2 years now. My Irish are my CHILDREN therefore it is imperative that I trust the whole hospital 100%! I now know why Dr Ramsi was highly recommended, he is exstreamly knowledgeable and compassionate. In fact the ENTIRE STAFF has been wonderful to Andi (my pride and joy) and myself! Never again.took my 6lb yorkie here to be groomed and came back with swollen eyes no energy and a cone on his head.and his eyes are still bloodshot.they said it was cause he was distressed from getting groomed.well then don't groom him.
