What an AMAZING experience!
I visited this Verizon corporate store in Springfield, PA and they helped me immensely after unknowingly purchasing NON-Working phones from a shady & fraudulent "Verizon-like" retailer in NYC (near the 911 memorial)
My original phone crashed while on vacation and I went to what I thought was a Verizon corporate store (nothing but Verizon products.they even copied the uniform!)
I was sold phones from 2014 & 2015 and drove back to PA before I realized I had been MAJORLY duped!
So I came here to this Verizon on West Sproul road and they were soooooo helpful!
The sales reps and even the manager came out to hear what happened and they walked me through all the steps to get my account recovered.
I ended up buying a sweet NEW phone (#teamAndroid!). A great new plan with loads of hotspot and storage (I'm know I'm probably not saying that correctly lol). And nice looking phone protectors.
I know this post is long, but I ASSURE you that if you live anywhere within 50 miles of THIS Verizon store, it is well worth the trip.

Went in 2 times regarding wifi issue said it was fixed and wasn't had to call Verizon to fix when could of been done in store never going to store again!
While the service person that was helping me was very attentive and helpful. The other staff kept interrupting us. So rudely that I had to address it. After the fourth time. I called it quits. Zero matters
I purchased an Apple XR on line and was told by the representative that there was a promotion for turning in my iPhone 7 for $200. I got my new phone and brought the iPhone 7 into the springfield store to trade it in and receive my gift card. When they took my phone, they said it was worth $84. I explained about the promotion I was offered and another representative was called over. She said there was a glitch in the system and the proper credits were not showing up. She issued the $84 gift card and told me not to use it because she was putting paperwork through to get me the $200. It’s now 2 weeks later and I called to check on the status. The online representative saw nothing on my account to show that I was receiving the $200, so they conferenced in the store. The store representative now says that the promo was only if you bought an iPhone 11. For two weeks, 3 different representatives said I was getting the $200 and now it’s not valid for my purchase. This is the first I’m hearing about having to buy an iPhone 11. I didn’t receive an email or any other notification to tell me I wasn’t receiving the credit. I have screen shots of the conversation and saw 2 people in the store that told me otherwise. I think it’s lousy customer service to not honor what I was told.
I have prepaid service with their company and they would not let me buy a new phone they said that i had to go online.
Weird that they don't want to sell you a phone in their store. Rethinking Verizon

Non-existent customer service at this location. Came in to buy a phone outright. The guy helping me said my phone was out of stock. I asked him to check with the nearest Verizon store (Glenn Mills) to see if they had it. Guess what his response was? "We don't do that, you'll need call yourself sir". Seriously? Isn't that part of your job to help customers? Aren't you paid to do that?
Guess what I did.went with another carrier that did not have lazy employees.
Rude! Lazy! Incompetent staff! Messed up transfer from iPhone to new iPhone. WENT back 2 days for fix! BEWARE OF MANAGER! LIES & STRINGS U ALONG UNTIL UR WARRANTY ENDS! REPORTED HIM TO CORP!
I recently switched from being very long time customer of T-mobile & Comcast (15 years) to Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios. I have not have a very good experience with Verizon until today when I went in to the Springfield store. It must have been a good time of the day because the wait time was very short (4 minutes), before I was greeted by an associate. He was very friendly and expressed a genuine concern about all of the issues that I shared. If he dint know the answer he went to find out. He never gave false information and he was very timely. At one point the manager Nicole was called over and she was great as well. She focused on solving the main issue instead of dwelling on who did what wrong and what department gave wrong information and she just fixed it! What more can you can ask for (besides getting the information correct the first time.but she most certainly made up for it)! I would recommend Verizon Springfield. They were fast, friendly and most importantly handled the problem like PROS ~ Have a blessed day!
Pretty terrible service and unwilling to help. Always just directed to call Verizon if I don't like how they handle things. Frustrating.
Customer service is very bad. Just went to get pickup my new phone and the rep handed it to me and that was it, tried to ask him questions but he wouldn't come over to help and then was told we don't help you with your phone you have to do it all online so I said you don't answer questions and was told it's all done online, when I talked to the rep on the phone I was told the store would transfer everything and if I had any questions they would help that was a bunch of BS. I have been in this store before and the reps were very helpful, on that note I won't be going back to that store. Merry Christmas verizon.
If you need Verizon help never go to this store. I am disgusted by the way "manager" Frank just frankly couldn't care less. I was standing in store on hold with customer service for 2.5 hours, I was hung up on once and lied to the second time I called. Then I found out my issue could've been handled in store by the manager but did anyone try to help? Nope. After confront Frank, I was told by him that he couldn't help, he didnt even want to hear my issue. He just told me he could do nothing and sheepishly shrugged me off. I will be complaining to his manager and taking my complaints to corporate. DO NOT BECOME A VERIZON CUSTOMER, THERE IS NO "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED BY HOW LITTLE THEY DO CARE. I will be returning to Sprint.
Store manager was abrupt and rude. Sales associate, Will, grabbed a phone I was holding and ripped it out of my hand. Felt like crap leaving that store, way to go Verizon for treating loyal customers this way!
They told me if get $10 off my bill for having Verizon cable never did when I went to the store today the tec pretty much called me I'm lying vinh was the most rudest Verizon person ever when ever I'd talk he'd talk over me and say mhm mhm no Customer service skills whatsoever

Will was very knowledgeable and knew the promotions. I wasn't looking to buy as I just wanted information. Well I made several purchases.

I have been here to buy new phones many times. I have bought a total of 7 devices here switching from another carrier for six of those devices. I have had Christian help me twice and he has been great. The other times I received equally great assistance from others (just don't remember their names).
I've been a Verizon customer for 10+ years and recent visits to this store have been the best I've ever had. Chris (who may possibly be the best rep Verizon has.) helped our family 3 different times over the span of a week and was awesome every time - even when a visit kept us well past closing. We had an issue with a device and he quickly took care of it when we brought to back. Good storefront, ample parking, solid service.
Absolute worst management I have ever dealt with. I would try another store or location before dealing with this one.
