Every time I've gone to the Verizon store on Sproul Rd. They have met or exceeded my needs. Further they've been polite and helpful even when I'm not buying something new.

I went there last week and Lawrence was my sale rep! He helped me out quickly and explained carefully to me about my new plan. The store was busy but he didn't seem rush to kick me out but was taking his time with me until I got what I need. I wouldn't ask for anyone else but him next time if I (have to) go back!
