Visionworks, Chambersburg PA

Very rude lady of the phone when trying to schedule an exam. Was told to go to another company as well. Also, the glasses I got from this place last year would give me a headache after an hour or so of wearing. Tried to go back and talk with them about it and was told nothing they could do. I would strongly recommend going somewhere other than Visionworks. Especially this one in Chamberbsurg.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is a delight, friendly and helpful. Very clean and follow Covid guidelines. The Doctor is so personable and explains everything so thoroughly.

My parents had Kelly helping them with my dads new glasses and she was super helpful and friendly! Went above and beyond in customer service!

I waited almost two months for my appointment and I was 10 minutes late because of traffic and they try to re schedule my appointment for another month of wait, then when I said I was going to another company they told me they didn’t care and bye, such of bad customer service and if funny because I been working with them for like 10 years but they didn’t care

Excellent all around service. The eye doctor was great he really took his time and explained everything to me. The girl that talked to me about my glasses was wonderful, she didn't try to push a bunch of the extra lens add ons but she did explain to me what each one did and told me what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket would be, no hidden surprises. Best place I've ever went for an eye exam and glasses. Thanks Visionworks I will highly recommend you to family and friends

Went to Visionworks today and had the pleasure of working with Tammy to choose my glasses. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of helping me make the right choice of frame that looked best on my face! Loved the BOGO deal. My wife and I loved this place. Dr. Lazer was wonderful and really explained everything to us. Joy helped us get our new glasses ordered and was such a nice person to work with. She took the time to explain what was available for our glasses and also explained the different pricing options. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Dr. Lazer was very informative when he examined my eyes and my husband's eyes. Staff was very helpful when ordering glasses and contacts.

I recently orderd contacts and Tammy was very helpful. She was very thorough in explaining the pricing and rebates offered. She was also very patient as I deliberated over a 6 month supply or a 1 year supply. I did not feel rushed at all. Tammy was very professional and kind throughout the entire process. I will definitely return when in need of more contacts and exams.

Dr. Lazer did a great job checking and dilating our eyes. Tammy was a great help in ordering glasses for me and contacts/glasses for my wife.

My GF appointment was canceled due to a "computer error" and they waited so long to inform her that the next appointment available was 2 weeks out. Now she has no appointment broken glasses and can't safely drive. When I called they refused to aid in this situation if I could give negative stars I would

Stopped in for new nose pads. First time for me. Very nice professional lady put on new pads at NO CHARGE! I know they cant cost much, but this is called GREAT SERVICE! I'm now a new customer for sure, and due for new glasses soon!

Dr. Susan Tyno is “brilliant” and a very thorough doctor. I put my complete trust in her with my eyesight. She has pointed me in the right direction when I was having an eye problem and now that my problem has been corrected and I am able to have my eyes re-examined, she was right there for me and just as lovely and brilliant as ever. She takes the time to explain all of your concerns. Thank you once again Dr. Tyno. Wonderful experience!

My family had Dr. Susan Tyno she was an excellent doctor. She explained to me a previously undiagnosed medical condition that my son has. She answered all of my questions and referred me to a doctor she said would absolutely give my son the care he needed. She assured my son and told him she has the same condition and to not worry. Ask for her when you go. You won’t be disappointed!

Service is great and the workers are very friendly. The doctor explains things to you in great detail. The place is very clean especially the bathrooms. Prices are fair and they have a great selection of glasses for all ages. I refuse to go anywhere else this is the best eye center in Chambersburg.

Dr Bob Lazer was very nice and he explained everything to me about my eyes. Tammy was awesome, friendly, and very helpful! She figured everything out and got me the best deal. Joy was very nice and she helped me with and issue with my insurance. Great staff at this location!

So glad I went to Visionworks for my eye exam with Dr. Lazer. Dr. Lazer took the time to explain everything that was going on with my eyes in full detail. After my exam, Tammy helped me pick out good glasses. She gave me her honest opinion on everything and that was a big help. She took the time to explain all the different materials and designs. I got two pairs of glasses. They have great sales too!

Great customer service. All the staff was great and Dr. Lazer was very thorough and explained everything to my husband and I and made my son feel comfortable. Would highly recommend Vision Works, especially for children needing glasses.
