The doctor, Bob Lazer was kind, and explained to me everything about what my eyes were doing vs my old prescription lenses. The part that kinda frustrated me was how much I had to pay for the frames after since I have no insurance. Nicky helping me pick out frames was patient with me for being so picky. And I appreciated her helping me choose.

Dr. Susan Tyno was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in her field. She explained everything in great detail. I would highly recommend Dr. Tyno and her staff to every one I know.

My fiancé went in for an exam and they were VERY friendly and helpful! Dr Tyno you are the best! Cindy thanks for taking time with her on the insurance. Definitely recommend them again!

If I go to this branch of Visionworks again, I will make my appointment with the other eye doctor. Maybe it was because it was very busy the day I was there but my eye exam with Dr. Tyno seemed rushed and she was a little unpleasant. The rest of my experience at Visionworks was great - friendly, knowledgable staff. Sue was terrific explaining about the options for my glasses and even without complaint, and with a smile, went back over everything with me when asked so I could make my decision.
