Horrible service. They have to confirm your appointment 100 times. Scheduling yourself or confirming via text isn't enough.

Courteous and efficient. They assisted us with frames and lenses for my son. Chris manages this shop very well.

Really ignorant business practices. I was told because my voicemail was full when they tried to call to confirm they gave away my appointment time to somebody else. They didn’t try to contact me further to let me know my appointment was canceled. I took time out of my work day for nothing. If you’re going to have such greedy business practices you would think at least have the decency to inform the customer. If they are that money focused over appointment slots they probably did me a favor.

My husband and I went 2 years ago for exams, new prescriptions and frames. We were in and out with no issue and paid less than $100.
This year we went for the same. Dr. Patel was wonderful and helped me with my dry/allergy eye condition. The staff that day were all wonderful. There was a bit of an insurance issue because whoever helped us 2 years prior entered our info incorrect. Also, I opted out of the option for bifocals but, wasn’t given the same opportunity this time so bifocals were prescribed.same with my husband who only wears glasses for astigmatism, his eyes aren’t that bad. We paid over $300 this time. My husband now has to go and see what to do about his lenses because the bifocals are making his vision blurry and he feels dizzy when wearing them. If I would’ve have been given the chance, I also would’ve chose not to have bifocals prescribed this year as well.

There was pros and cons when I got my new glasses from this location
Pros I was greeted when I went there and the service was fast, which includes eye exam and delivery of glasses
Cons- Wrong information given to me like one of my glasses are ready when both were ready, I was not told that prescription sunglasses won’t have ray ban on the lenses (I bought sunglasses from Pearle Vision and they had ray ban sign on it) and return cannot be made in other vision works, only in the one u bought it from.

Overall this was a frustrating experience as I decided to keep the glasses rather than return it.

This store is run by a Karen, they react allergicly to people of color. Stay away, pick any other store! Look at the reviews, they are horrible in there, spare yourself the stress and spend your money where you will be appreciated.

Worst experience ever Dr Patel wouldn't even call be back after making attempts to talk with him about my glasses that were mailed to me were still wrong. The man that answered the phone said there was nothing they could do and that I waited too long So we're in the middle of Pandemic n scared of getting COVID 19 they still wouldn help me. BY THE WAY THEY WERE SENT TO THE LAB TWICE N CAME BACK WRONG BOTH TIMES. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. Stuck with paying a ton of co payment and still can't wear them having to wear my old glasses which are giving me problem. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

After trying them on a whim, would not go anywhere else. Manager last time I was there, guy named Chris, acted like I was the only customer, helped me choose new eyewear, etc, can't wait to go back for my 2 year check and new glasses.

Make an appointment by calling or scheduling one online beforehand! Luckily when I went, there was an opening in their schedule and the staff was kind enough to fit me in immediately. Staff are very efficient and they're doing their best during this time (wiping down surfaces, taking temperatures, sanitizing glasses, limiting amount of guests in the store)

Good experience I took my uncle there, the staff was so nice. Dr Goldenberg was so through with her exam and Gloria was amazing from beginning to end. I will say it’s a shame the phones were ringing non stop people kept coming through and they kept running around. Cleaning, sanitizing, answering phones, giving out glasses, getting yelled at I felt bad Gloria kept apologizing for getting up but I understood why. It’s sad they only have 2 maybe 3 people working. Visionworks should add more staff! Loved my experience but felt so bad for the employees they look so overworked. People don’t understand that it’s by appointment only and came through door anyway. Some didn’t even have masks! Overall my personal expletive was great from beginning to end however it’s sad that they don’t have that many employees for the amount of things they have to do.

My older son had his first vision appointment and I had to take my little one who is sick with us because him staying home was not an option. Assistants and front desk girls were very friendly but when the optometrist came out, she RUDELY told me to stay out of the exam room with the kid “that was coughing, because she didn’t want to get sick”. Ok. I can totally understand how someone can feel uncomfortable around a sick toddler but come on! She didn't introduce herself, she didn’t greet her patient, nor her patient’s parent, nothing! Just straight started to tell Me to stay away from her.it’s not what she had to say or her concerns that made me so upset, it is the way she said it. Completely unprofessional.unfortunately I was in such disbelief that I couldn’t even react to just tell her not to do my son’s exam.anyways it lasted 30 seconds.and we had to deal with her unhappy face when talking to us. In conclusion nobody in our family will be going back to this place and hopefully we won’t have to deal with this type of providers ever again.

Went today on my lunch and was in and out in great time. Took me back as soon as I got there. Waited like 2 minutes, had my exam, and got to picking out glasses. Looked online previously and women was very helpful showing me the ones that I wanted to see. She knew I only had so much time and was back to work with time to spare. Really great experience.

Love the staff! I’ve going getting my glasses there for about 2 years. Chris takes customer service and customer care to a new high! Glori does a wonderful job when it comes to service. She makes sure my glasses are top of the line great and ready for me to show off to the world. I’ve been to many vision works stores up and down the east cost, and I must say I wish they were all like the one on Street road.

The worst experience ever. I have been a customer with vision works forever. I will no longer do business with them. She was very unprofessional. My frames had broke which I have had for about a year and a few months. She never even looked at them just told me they are broke. It is always scam to put you in nee frames. Money, money, money u won't get my money anymore and I will stop referring people to vision works.

I have been to this location twice as it is close to my house and my insurance gives me more towards my glasses and contacts however I would rather pay more for better service and nicer staff.

Staff can be very rude at this location. Also I was told my glasses and contacts were finished but when I arrived to pick them up only my contacts were completed. At my appointment they said my glasses would be finished prior to contacts but they wouldn't call me till they were finished.

My previous experience was like going to a used car dealership. The lady was extremely pushy and wouldn't just let me take a moment to look over the glasses to decide what I wanted. Overall two very frustrating experiences.

Dont go aweful customer service!
Edit: Had glasses for a while, called to get an answer about my prescription all i wanted to know was reader size was told its against the law to tell me what my prescription is on the glasses i have. They bade them and they are my glasses. How is that against the law. All they are trying to do is get me in for a new eye test and charge me! Thanks for the great customer service!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer service. No stars. Had to wait over a half hour to be called and there were no other customers in the store. They didn’t explain the charges properly and when my bill which was expected to be around 150 came out to almost 300 I questioned the charges. The staff got very rude and even insulting because I questioned their charges. I didn’t pay for anything but an eye exam and got out of there. The manager even threatened me and brought my place of employment into the discussion which was way out of line. I CANT WARN YOU ENOUGH, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Oh I almost forgot while I was being examined the manager argued with another customer.
