26Everyone is very nice! Sally was so patient with me and did a lot of work to make sure I was comfortable with what I was purchasing.
Some of the staff is very rude there they told me my Sunglasses would be ready by a date then I call to found out if my glasses were ready the staff were just rude
This office has some of the rudest staff. The sales pressure is very high and when you don't upgrade they would literally roll their eyes in front of you.
My mother and I both got our exams and glasses here, and both times it was a wonderful experience!
The manager was so friendly both times and very attentive to ALL guests in the store as well. The staff on the floor was very helpful and so patient from the moment we walked in, until the moment we walked out.
The doctors who do the exams are very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
I would've rated this much worse if it weren't for the one receptionist Adriana. She was professional and kind, while other employees were yelling at each other.
Not satisfied with the office staff, waited 2 wks for contact lenses. 1 star is to much of a complement
