Everything was going fine until came time for me to schedule pick up for my glasses. I called as i was directed to do to make an appointment and I sat on hold for 30 minutes.no one picked up nor did you have an opinion to select for picking up glasses/ contacts when you specifically tell us to call to make the appointment. People are friendly but how do you expect to keep up business if you can't answer your phone.

First time here with my daughter to get contacts and glasses (during COVID). They have everything setup super safe and with clear directions to their patients.

The appointment process was a breeze online and provided all the Information I needed to come prepared to our appointment. They also sent me an email so I could fill out the required paperwork prior to my appointment which was great!

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted warmly by Kate and welcomed into the building. She checked us in promptly and was a delight through the whole process.

I would highly recommend Vision works at the Montgomery Mall for your vision needs. I have been to several eye doctors and have never been treated as nicely as I was at vision works.

My family and I recently went to vision works to get eye exams and new glasses. You must absolutely have an appointment to go into the store, once inside they take your temp and sanitize your hands.

I was helped by Marcus, who was extremely knowledgeable of insurance and co-pays and finding the best options in my price range and insurance limits.

The female eye doctor seems very rushed, but did take the time to discuss my vision options.

The manager Nemo was extremely helpful with my husband who had an issue with his progressive lenses. He took the time to come outside and discuss his options.

Also, when picking up, you have to pull your car to the front and the glasses are brought out and adjusted outside of the store. This is to limit the foot traffic in the store.

I was very pleased with Vision Works. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and helpful. This was important to me during this pandemic. Everything was done to keep the staff and me as safe as possible. Will return to get sunglasses.

The eye exam was seamless. The trouble began when it cane time to collect my contacts. I received a call a week after my exam and said that the contacts were ready for pick up. I called back to notify them that I was promised that it would be shipped to my home. They apologized and promised it would be shipped priority. A week later I began calling as soon as they opened and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I tried again in the afternoon and someone finally picked up. The gentleman asked me to hold and hold I did for nearly an hour! I decided to drive to the store after work. A young woman answered the door and said that she would look into it. She comes back with my contacts after a brief search and apologizes and said they were on back order. NO ONE called me to tell me that they were on back order- no one. I then complained about being shipped to my home and I was told that it would be faster being shipped to the store. But they told me it would be shipped to my home. I can wait an extra day to avoid the inconvenience of having to wait outside because I don’t have an appointment. And again the shipping notation was on the order because when I called about the contacts the first time I was told I was correct that it was supposed to be shipped and that it would be in the next day’s mail. This poor customer service at the highest level. You are allowed to make mistakes but call the customer and inform them of it or at least PICK UP THE PHONE and don’t leave them on hold for an hour. When I arrived there was barely anyone in the store so they could have definitely answered the phone and they should have most definitely noticed a phone on hold

Store hours are suppose to be til 6 PM. I showed up at 5 40 PM and the doors are locked. All I needed was glass cleaner and towels. How about post legit hours so people don’t spend the evening driving in traffic to get to your store before it closes.

First of all during my eye exam I was stopped mid exam and told " I was okay and didn't have to read anymore letters. " I had to call them and follow up about my contacts 3-4 times. At one point I was told it was on back order and it took 3 months to get them only after I called to follow up. I refuse to go back to this place.

I have been very pleased with the service given by Ben who over the past 2 years has sold me 2 pair of great looking glasses and adjusted these glasses and consulted without charge and great courtesy whenever I needed.

I just got my third pair of glasses from the Montgomeryville Visionworks and again have been very happy. The eye exam was accurate, and the associate was friendly and attentive. He was also good at picking glasses that fit my face well and didn't try to up-sell me on any lens options that I didn't need. The price was much less than what I paid for progressive lenses at my ophthalmologist affiliated optician several years ago. The glasses were supposed to be delivered in two weeks but came in about half that time. Very pleased!

Believe all negative comments!
Same experience as everyone- Three people in our family went, all three of us have the wrong lenses in our frames. Rude young girl who speaks low, sales type guy spoke super fast, everyone in there rushed us with no explanation. Horrible experience at the one in Quakertown and now this location. Never told us our glasses were in as well.

My daughter went to get her eyes checked for contact lenses and this facility got her prescription all wrong in the left eye. She did an online vision test with 1-800-contacts and that test turned out more accurate than the one actually done by the optometrist in this location. We will surely start looking for a more qualified provider. I will not recommend this place.

This was my first eye exam, so I have nothing else to compare it to, but overall I had a great visit, my doctor was very nice and answered all of my questions and I thought the staff was very nice as well. I will definitely go back.

I wouldn't go there again. My eye exam was way too fast. I felt like he rushed through it and didn't tell me he checked my eyes for bifocals. I was looking at glass for a long time without anyone asking me if I found something. The glass were full of smugges I ended up going to the Quakertown location to buy my glasses The service was a lot better and the glasses were a lot cleaner

Never had an issue with VisionWorks. Doctor is knowledgeable and quick. Staff is friendly and supportive. They give you options that best suit your unique needs for your vision and are transparent about costs.

I go to Vision Works regularly for eye exams and glasses. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! I have recommended this store to family and friends!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! The employees are total idiots! If you value your vision DO NOT go to this place! I didn't trust them so I went to another optometrist and the new script that vision works gave me was totally wrong, which I knew the second I put the new lenses on my eyeballs, I just had to confirm it.

Horrible experience attempting to get glasses, employees that lack knowledge of what they are selling and are also very slow. Once my glasses arrived at their store, they didn’t fit me and the employees took so long to attempt to fix them I decided to leave with misshapen glasses. Recently tried to go to another Visionworks (because this one is horrible) to get new glasses because I was switching insurance plans and wanted to take advantage of my old plan, but they didn’t scan my prescription into the system, so I had to chance getting new glasses with an old prescription. They suck!
