WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - DO NOT GO HERE!

Honestly - they deserve zero stars.

The first doctor I saw made a typo on my prescription. Because of this, the wrong contacts were ordered. I ended up catching their mistake. When I called to sort things out, the girl on the phone acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and made me come back in for a recheck. I went in for another exam only to be told by another doctor that a typo in fact had been made and this could have been fixed over the phone. A new set of contacts were ordered for me and when I went to pick them up they were STILL wrong. Once again, I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about when in fact the people at the store made more mistakes. While there, it was realized that the second doctor who I saw also made a typo/mistake on the "new" prescription, so the wrong contacts were ordered AGAIN.

TWO doctors made typos/mistakes to my prescription. I was without contacts for multiple weeks and back and forth to the store numerous times.

Absolutely ridiculous. Huge inconvenience to me, and the people at the store acted like they did nothing wrong and that they were right during this whole experience.

Horrible. The girl who was helping my wife and I spoke so low you cant even hear her. I am 35 years old with good hearing so I know it wasn't me. While we were inside 3 different people came in complaining about their glasses they had just bought there or that their script was wrong. When I went to see the doc there was NO interaction. He sat down did some tests and sent me back out to get some glasses. He didnt say if my prescription had changed or anything. Then I looked for glasses and found 3 pairs that would fit. None of them were my style. They have way more online but not in the store. Well who buys glasses without trying them on first? Overall I would say that the staff here has no pride in their work and they have no worries about cust service. Go somewhere else if you want a good experience getting glasses

Stay away from Visionworks. I don't think one person that works in this store has any kind of customer service experience. Instead of trying to help me out they keep drilling me about their company policy. Well this was the last time I use this company. The eye exam was wrong, prescription was wrong and customer service in the store was horrible. I have just contacted Visionworks corporate to see if they can help me solve my problems with this store. I will post their answer.
Update: The Optometrist has not call me back, Visionworks corporate has not called me back, and I still have contacts that give me headaches every day because they are too strong.
I will keep updating this review as this nightmare continues.

I had the same problem with these people. Complete idiots that should never be running a store. I will never return.
