Horrible Horrible I orded 30.00 worth of food and I will never again the 2 pizza's were a 5 the steak sandwich was a 0 I called to get my refund the sales lady told me there wasn't anything she could do for me WOW what such poor customer service! Dont do it you won't like it! The food sucks!

My friends and I posted an order on DoorDash around 12: 30am and have still not received our order. 2+ hours. I called to inquire whether or not a DoorDash order was picked up for the respected individual. I was then hung up on. Called back and was met with a “you dont call your girlfriend this much, we’re closed”. They were not closed. Called again and got updates on my order from a nicer rep. Awful service. Never order from here. These people are terrible when it comes to customer service. Not to mention, half of the order was ice cold.

Got one of my usuals, the club sandwich. This place is always great. Quickly prepared, friendly staff, pure satisfaction.

Best pizza in the‘Burgh! This place is awesome! Our food was delivered on time, hot and delicious! We had a family gathering and there was plenty of food and everyone loved the pizza, pasta, and salad! We will be ordering again soon!

More than a year into a pandemic, there’s staff walking around without any mask at all. As someone who works in food service, it’s pretty disgusting to see someone who appears to be in management have absolutely no regard for customer wellbeing. Can’t say I’m surprised, though- this particular location has had a reputation among students of being the kind of place you only order from when everything else is closed due to other cleanliness issues.

I don’t know what female worker just answered an said “ I’m not taking no more orders an hung straight up “ But let me tell you something very UNPROFESSIONAL when i always order from here on top of her not knowing if there was something wrong with my order or anything guess I’ll be speaking to a manger tomorrow an I’ll NEVR BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Best location in Pittsburgh! Store very clean, outside says I need new paint inside says staff works hard to keep clean. Stopped in today has amazing service, food was great. Definitely recommend

Been going to this store for 10 years I don’t know if it new management or not but crust getting thinner and they burn everything now I wouldn’t recommend eat here at all

They just need to shut this place down or give the jobs to those who actually appreciate having one! I called for 15 minutes straight when my order still hadn't arrived, and got hung up on multiple times without even a hello! These guys are petty thieves obviously. That's the only way you can describe multiple people ordering delivery and never receiving their orders.

I tried to call for pickup and the guy on the phone was completely disrespectful and rude. The customer service was so poor in fact that I had to cancel my order. The food everytime I get it from here is very bad and not up to vocelli standards. The only reason I was even ordering from there was because there were no other options but I decided to stay hugry instead of ordering from this terrible establishment.

Don't deliver to me and I'm 3.2 miles away when bellagio is a couple blocks up and they deliver to me I'm3.8 maybe 3.4 miles away and they deliver to where they wouldn't. On top of me trying to ask y the worker (mike) got mad at me and hung up

Pizza is fantastic, they even put some extra mouse droppings on my pizza. I love when I walk in and see mice with their head chopped off like I’m in a saw movie

Would do zero if possible. Large order for guests was ordered at 7: 40 and it is 9: 40 and it still isn’t here. Might be good food. I can’t tell because I don’t have it. Big Zero.

4 hours later and I still haven’t received my pizza. This is ridiculous. Don’t order here especially for delivery

They have no idea how to deliver. How does a pizza place not know how to do this simple operation? I would not recommend this place to anyone, the employees simply don’t care.

One of the worst pizza places in all of Pittsburgh. The only reason this place is open is because they accept meal plan cash from college students. Pizza quality isnt worth spending real cash on, and the employees are consistently rude and super impolite over the phone. Delivery time is usually awful on late nights, and will often take over an hour. Vocelli's is the only pizza place that will make you wait three hours and then cancel your order. If you like garbage customer service and garbage pizza, this is a 10/10.

Place a order for delivery if you don't actually want anything to show up. I placed an order at 1030 to be delivered at noon at 2pm we are ordering from soneone else. Complete garbage. Not even an apology. They are horrid.
