Vocelli Pizza reviews
35Crappy service. Unhelpful staff. Not enough staff at this location. Slow service. Stay away from this location.
I love this place everyone is so nice and the food showed up on time and hot despite the long wait it came in the quoted time!
The pizza here is really good, they have great specials, and even though the service can be slow when they are super busy, they are always courteous.
The store is very busy since it's near the colleges, but they usually let you know on the phone if there is a long wait. The pizza is worth the wait though. Love ordering from here.)
Ordered online, super fast process, and great late night delivery (on a Wednesday). Food looked and tasted good.
Excellent service. Great food. They did say it may take some time though. I'm a CMU student so I used Dinex via web order and put my number under "Drivers notes". Really helped out my service.
The pizza and food itself is decent, but several times I've had to wait for over an hour for a delivery. That combined with a $2 delivery fee makes me not want to order from here again. Not when there are plenty of independent pizza shops in the city that charge no delivery fee (or smaller one with lower prices).
I ordered several times. The owner looks like a good person. However the guy who delivered the pizza was so rude and scary. He yelled at me. I did not feel safe at all. I won`t buy from them again. This specific person is so scary. A Big No No!
Well I just ordered a grilled chicken salad including everything, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, cheese, the chicken, & fries & it is DELICIOUS, I loved it & would recommend it any day as long as it's cooked the same. I just wished they put egg in it. But it was awesome!
Customer sevice sucked if your not going to cater to people sitting at the pizza shop why have the tables and I asked for garlic powder Oregano they didn't even have that, then he got angry I won't be going back there.
Ok pizza. Shame they won't deliver to predominant black neighborhoods. A friend says the establishment is known for its prejudiced practices.
Carry-out pizza tasted great. Not greasy like some of the other local pizza shops in the area. I usually like pizzas with less grease.
Large pizza was small. Crust limp. Mushrooms were chips or chopped fine and if that was extra cheese I'd hate to see their normal pizza. Expensive for size and quality. Won't order here again. Delivery girl was nice.
Took two hours to deliver a pizza. Estimated delivery time 8: 17 pm.actual delivery time 9: 37 pm. Absurd and awful customer service skills on the phone when I called to check on my order at 8: 50.
I visited here on a Sunday and they had a weekend happy hour which was nice and unexpected. I had a few of the happy hour appetizers and they were fantastic. They also have a solid beer and wine list. Great little place for drinks and appetizers.
I ordered here and the person who answers the phone is very rude and sounds like he has an attitude all the time makes me not wont to order
