vybe urgent care reviews
33Fast service, nice and professional staff. Also, conveniently located with good parking during the evening.
I cannot believe how quickly I was recv’d, seen and completed the entire visit. The front desk, nurse and Dr Patel we’re fantastic. Thank You and WELL DONE!
Good experience at Vybe urgent care. Staff was kind, patient and friendly. Facility is clean and orderly.they took the time to explain what they were doing and why and answered all my questions without judgement or being rushed.
I have been to this location before but not since it became vybe. I was seen promptly for a case of poison ivy and was given two prescriptions. One was a modest co-pay the other was not covered and was $36. A simple steroid pack would have done the same job, quicker and been covered by insurance. They only have PA’s. Not doctors. I will not go back.
Came here early and was in and out. Dr Sood was very pleasant and funny and undersranding and really listens. Place is clean, bathroom vlean and smells good. I would go back if ever need and would recommend for others.
I went in for a physical. The Dr & staff were Great! Very nice & professional. I highly recommend. I was in and out!
I absolutely love the person who saw me today very awesome Dr. Christian and the staff I highly recommend
Had a great experience. The nurses Christina, Amanda and (I’m so sorry I forget the third ones name!) were so phenomenal, informative and fun. Didn’t wait long at all for service, and everyone was so polite. Would definitely go back again.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Online check in was great. Facility very clean. Would definitely come back.
Dr was not great. Didn't offer much advice or a solution. Gave me a rx for something that I didn't have an issue with. Was all to eager to get out of the room as fast as possible when I was trying to explain my symptoms. Did one quick swab and when it was negative, he didn't really offer much alternative diagnosis.
Surprisingly impressed with this place. Been there twice in the past few weeks for recurring UTI. Saw both Dr. Winkley and Dr. Christian. Both doctors were friendly, attentive and responsive to my history with great “bedside manner”. Meds were prescribed based on my condition and history. Really felt like I was listened to. Both times I was the first patient early on a Sunday AM. You would think they would be annoyed to have a patient first thing at 8am but check in and ancillary staff were super friendly. Both times I was in and out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place.
Do NOT believe the negative reviews you read here. I was seen today and was treated with the utmost respect
. And the nurse and doctor were amazing! Thanks to everyone including the front desk who was very professional and understanding of my situation!
Waiting room is not clean! Receptionist not courteous at all, basically very rude in demeanor & tone! Not the place to go if you are in need of assistance
Went in today because I have flu and it was one of the most unhelpful experiences. I self diagnosed myself with the flu, because I've had it but self diagnoses doesn't count. They made me do a breathing test where the nurse judged me for not undertanding when to start breathing and made me do it 3 times which made me extremely lightheaded. Told Doctor that, she didnt seem to care. Told me she couldn't really do anything because i dont have a fever anymore. Said she would give me medince for the cough and never gave me a prescription. They didnt test to see if something was really wrong. I haven't
been able to breath correctly.
Was there for my 7 year old.usually go to an ER or chop. But gave carestat a try.never again. I will take the drive to CHOP.my son had fever, muscle ache -in a nut shell=Flu symptoms.we waited 45 minutes to an hour after signing in. Then reception asked for insurance card, didn"t have it, so she said well- we dont take this insurance, named a couple more. I said "why dont you inform patients before waiting, esp. With a child. So, thank god they accepted my insurance. We wait in a room for 20 more minutes - then nurse "CRATCHET" comes in. She did not introduce herself, she wasn't. Sweet or making my child feel comfortable - Did not like the experence at all. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A YOUNG CHILD. All business - and no kindness from that nurse. I wish she introdu;ced herself so I had her name, blonde hair and very short with her answers and inquiries.
So, If she ever reads this:
Thank you for scaring my child and putting a long q-tip down his throat and nose without encouragement nor grace.
=" 0 stars". Will go to chop like I usually do.
Just went today, when I first got to the urgent care center there was a few people waiting, was told 30 to 45 minute wait. Waited 20 minutes, got taken back doctor was nice, staff was friendly
The office was clean and the staff was courteous. However you don’t see an actual doctor here. They charged me $300 for a visit just to tell me I didn’t have strep throat when I clearly did. My throat was severely swollen and painful, and it had the white spots which is a classic sign of strep. They took a throat swab in the office which turned out to be negative. They took another to send to a lab to be cultured and called me a WEEK later to tell me I actually did have strep. Of course I was fine by then. What a waste of time and money.
Fast and easy services, I'll never go to the ER again. As long as they accept my medical insurance, they will be my permanent resource.
Definitely would not recommend this place or any CareSTAT. I normally go to MedExpress, but this was more convenient at the time. When I visit MedExpress I see a doctor and the office visit is about $150. My visit to CareSTAT was almost $300, they charge a visit fee and a fee to be seen by a PA, not even a doctor. Go to MedExpress, they are more affordable, cleaner facilities and quicker! Aside from the cost, the issue was not resolved and I was at MedExpress the following week.
I went to this facility for a strep throat which I had many times that year. While I was being examined I was informed that I had a lump in my throat which my primary doctor missed on multiple occasions. The doctor informed me to get that checked out through my primary for further examination which turned out to be thyroid cancer. As of today I am thyroid cancer free.
