vybe urgent care, Folsom PA

I went there following a car accident that, while not a reason to go to an Emergency Room, I still wanted to be seen. I showed my Medicare card and the Clairm number for the driver since it was his fault. At that time we didn't have a claim number from my insurance company but my Medicare should have permitted me to see someone. The receptionist was rude to me, I wasted about two hours there and she would not allow me to be seen if though I could prove I had insurance. I ended up having to wait to go to my physician who saw me even without a claim number. I will never go to you place again and will make a point to tell people not to go either.

Very unprofessional. They don't except checks and did not have change for cash.therefore would not see my two year old son for a suspected broken foot. People working the front desk lacked bedside manner and weren't well groomed. Would never come to this place again. Guess it's off to dreaded Taylor hospital

Terrible staff, my wife had questions about the 10 different tests they wanted to perform for a cold, and suddenly the staff was slandering and talking badly about her. Calling whoever I can asap to complain and hopefully get people fired. Never again will I go anywhere but a private dr.

No help with an infants fever and cold. Took us in charged the state plenty I'm sure and showed us the door. Note she's worse. Off for real medical assistance.

Our wait time since coming here 2 years ago has gotten increasingly worse. Waited an hour to be seen and there were only 2 other patients here at the time! I will not be coming back. Different staff and not as friendly as when we first started coming here!

Waste of time. I would not recommend going there. I would recommend going to the hospital (which they are just going to tell you to do.)

The staff were very courteous. No, long wait time, was basically in out within 30 minutes opposed to sitting in the ER. An awesome experience.

I took my mom to care stat in Folsom she had a UTI and a bladder infection. They prescribed her an antibiotic with Penicillin in it what she was allergic to. She wasn't aware that she was that the medication at penicillin in it I came back today to try to get a different antibiotic and they told me to take her to the emergency room because her symptoms. Her symptoms are due to the penicillin. This is all because of the antibiotic with Penicillin in it the staff and the doctors are pathetic! I wouldn't recommend bringing your cat or your dog here! I will never ever ever go to carestat ever again!

Wasted all this money yesterday for no true diagnoses, just what it probably is and a inhaler I don't need. Just to go to my primary today and find out what I truly have. This isn't the first time this has happened. I feel like I just threw money at them and that's it.

Didn't get the help I really needed. I had to go to my regular doctor. The payment was to much.

Let me say that I gave this place at least one star because the front office staff was courteous and helpful. However, this urgent care center was manned by a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. Since this was more than a case of the sniffles he could not help me. On top of that he was rude when he told me to go to an emergency room where they could do an ultrasound. I will never enter this establishment again.

Clerk at desk more concerned about the TV than me when registering. Used them because: -Opay was less than hospital. Now I see why. Quality of care definitely was lacking.

Went there today and they were not very helpful. I have insurance but didn't have my card and there system was down so they weren't able to verify my insurance (even though I had my wife's card and we are on the same plan) and was told there was nothing they could do.so much for urgent care.went to Springfield hospital which had no problem finding my insurance information and was in and out in fifteen minutes. Will not be going to urgent care again.
