Waterview Apartments

I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy. I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD, LITERALLY ONLY BECAUSE OF THE DISRESPECTFUL STAFF! HORRIBLE! They do not respond to any e-mails or phone calls, corporate is just as bad, and they're SO RUDE! They play nice, and act like they care, but they're only trying to get you to shut up. I wait WEEKS for repairs or for basic requests. The manager, AUDREY, will take WEEKS to reply "no" to an e-mail after I've nagged relentlessly. THEY ARE NEVER THERE ON TIME! I leave work early to pick up packages and no one is ever in the office when they should be! DO NOT BE FOOLED! YOU WILL BE SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! I had to get a lawyer involved to get back money they STOLE from me! Over charged, thieves, overpriced - BUNCH OF JERKS!

I lived at Waterview for three years. It was a very nice apartment in a safe neighborhood but the customer service is awful. They don't answer their phone or email. At all. Ever. I wish I was exaggerating. Don't be fooled by Audrey's initial politeness. It's a scam. I had to call the Home Property Apartments at Devon just to get a response from the Waterview staff. Later that day I finally received a response to my previous FIVE emails and TWO voicemails I had left over the course of two months. What a disgrace. After that, I had to basically threaten the front desk to get a response regarding another dispute. It's a nice apartment complex but they need new office staff IMMEDIATELY. Don't rent here. Rent somewhere who actually cares about you and your needs.
