The worst store the workers are very rude they don't know how to talk to ppl they don't salt their lot whn its snow the screen dose not work to see ur order they don't where hair nets its just the worst i don't recommend any one to go to that store i Don't want to give a star but it won't let me post with out

As I was leaving the premises I slipped and fell on a wet circle (indicating Covid restrictions). As I slowly got up I proclaimed loudly that I had fallen, a worker was looking directly as I made this loud proclamation yet did absolutely nothing, nor did anyone else there. Luckily, I was able to recouperate as I ate outside but how horrible that no one there was helpful because of their wet floor tile. What if the fall had incapacitated me? Sad

Ridiculous that the inside isn't open; and with that you would think that the drive through should be faster than what it is. With the drive through not being open and SLOW it a cause for a potential accident because of the LONG line of cars.

They often get orders wrong if we get the baked potato, and the line is always unbelievably long. Not to mention that they could be out of food by 12pm.

The line wasn't that long, but waiting to move up was long. My food was hot and to my ordering.

Great place to buy some food when in a hurry. Their service is speedy, rates are reasonable, great character. Keep up the good work

Wendy's was very, very busy at 12: 30 this afternoon. There was no indoor service yet. The wait was not long. The food was hot and good.

Bad service, drinks with no ice, kids playing with my food behind the counter. This is around 9pm at night.

This place take so long everytime I come here I always wait in the line a long time even I see crew member sitting in the lobby the line wrapped around the building all the way to the parking lot and out onto the street. It's chaotic because they blocked traffic they don't seem to care that you have a 30 minute lunch break but you're sitting in the car 40 minutes

It's wendys you know what to expect the lunch rush is pretty bad though and soda is normally out

Awful service! Was first one at the counter, they couldn't figure out where cashier went! Took 6min to figure it out!

You manager on duty was scooping fries and checking her phone, with no gloves on. Understaffed, slow service for a Friday night.
Made a special order because my grandchild couldn't eat certain items.
Items put on the sandwich anyway.
Soda machine needed restocking. The cashier had to leave a line of 10 people to restock.
No sense of urgency.
First time visiting, never again at this location.

The women Kia was rude she pronounced my name wrong and then she said she didn’t care and she was getting the orders wrong. She should stay home if she’s having a bad day. If you want good service don’t come here.

This Wendy's is always fast and have not made a mistake on my so far lol. I been patronizing this location since it opened.

Excellent Customer Service and delicious French Fries with a tasty cheeseburger! Very fast service. So much better than all of the fast food stores. Store is very clean.

Their chicken sandwiches are good and I've never had anything cold there so look forward to that but the lines are long considering their food is good.

Sometimes the floors are sticky because spill their beverages. At times, it is very cold when they have the a/c on. You have to hurry up and eat your food before it gets cold.

So busy but the manager was hustling her people but respectfully. I even went Online to do this survey for her I found on my receipt because I was that impressed.

Pretty much the same as any other fast food place the only thing that I noticed was there were no trays for eat there meals, not a big deal wouldn't stop me from going back.

The restaurant was dirty and my service was very poor. I would not recommend this Wendy's restaurant.
