Wendy's, Philadelphia PA

I ordered a salad from the Wendy's on Fox Street. It took a while to get my food and they did not give me any dressing.

The late night drive-through Window service sucks. This is not the 1st time but every time I order from the drive-through window my order is incorrect not one but most of my order wrong, i order spicy chicken sandwiches and they gave me chicken wrap & I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad and got something with apples. Im ready to give up on this wendys but the daytime staff is very good and helpful

The particular branch that I went to was horrible. The staff was rude and they messed my order up twice. I was not happy with their service.

One register open 12: 47 in the afternoon. Dining room full, I'm#9 in line with 9 behind me. This is unacceptable customer service.

Dine-in and drive-thru service is slow. The ketchup pumps are usually empty. The floor is always slippery/wet. They're usually slammed but even when the store is slow it's still messy. This my least favorite Wendy's.

Food was hot and fresh, service reasonably fast. Soda machine was missing 75%of flavors though. Overall pretty good.

Need something low calorie but high protein because you had gastric bypass surgery? Wendy's chili is your best option if you're in a rush and on-the-go.

The inside is disgustingly dirty and slow service. Much slower than the drive through which drives this business. I have all but come to a complete halt for eating there lately.

Everytime I go to this particular location there is ALWAYS A LONG DRIVE THUR LINE and WAIT for my order

I enjoy going to Wendy's with my grandchildren because they have a spectacular menu it not only cheese burgers and milk shakes there's baked potatoes salads chicken and fruit juices so you can put together a healthy meal here it just takes creatative thinking and there many of these kinds of fast food restaurants that offer the same so when you think fast food read menu before you give an opinion.
