The evening shift is great and very efficient. Especially Jacqueline who expedited service quickly.

Never had a bad meal here. Everyone is on point and does it the way they're supposed to. If Wendy's wants to have a regional flagship store, this should be the one.

Checked my bank account and it looks like someone at Talula's gave themselves a $7.00 tip.which was $3.00 more than I wrote down (I gave them a 20% tip to begin with). Guess I won't be back for those pancakes. I do not play with my money! I've disputed the charge with my bank and I will not be back to Talula's for this very reason! So if you decide to use your CC at Talula's check your account later and make sure you were charge the correct amount.

You all really need to start looking at who food your passing out via grubhub and etc. This is the second time I received someone else food. All I wanted was a simple vanilla frsoty and I dont see how hard it is to give me just that. You all just give out food and dont pay attention to the order or the name and that's ridiculous. GET IT TOGETHER

Good is great, but the line around the whole restaurant is sometimes annoying. Especially when you gotta go in reverse just to get out the parking lot. But good food though. Just might have a mission to complete just to get a burger and some fries.

Drive thru line is ALWAYS wrapped around into the street. The usual wait in the drive thru line can range 30 to 40 mins easy. Way to long of a wait if you just gotta grab a Frosty for your girl on the way home from work.

The staff ate more worried about throwing up hand and dancing instead of actually working, order was so wrong I couldn't believe it, won't be going here again.

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. It was very good. The drive thru moves very quickly. I will be back.

The staff seems nice and they actually do their job and not stand around talking. Clean store. I had to use the app to order take out and went through the drive thru which I wasn't thrilled about bc the line at the drive thru took forever and time I got up to the window my food wasn't ready which at first was upsetting since a lot of time passes but in hind sight it was much better bc at least received hot food. Which I much rather wait for then received cold burgers. Waiting again after I reached the window wasn't long maybe 3mins no biggie

This is another of those disappointing Wendy's (Media, Upper Darby, and McDade Blvd) where you sometimes wish you hadn't stopped. Paoli and Broomall seem the best.

Food is great but the drive through line is always suppper long. Wish they adapted the idea of opening up double lqnes like chick fil a. Otherwise Wendys is good and affordable #4for4

Highly unprofessional slow moving in filling orders. No condiments and when requests for ketchup a party of 4 she offer 2 packs, stating there's none in the store. The line grew longer and all employees displayed a lousy attitude

I wouldn't go here again. Went to get one soda and everyone acted like I wasn't there. By the lifeless expressions on the employees faces I'm sure none of them would pass a drug test.

Terrible the floor was all wet couldn't get a seat because of that and the drive through was very slow

I go here weekly. The managers are excellent, sometimes newer employees will make mistakes but a little assertiveness gets it sorted quickly. I feel those employees are either trained or weeded out quickly so as to improve your quality of experience.

Not impressed @ all.the cashier should always welcome the guest. Annnnnd, how are you gonna be a fast food joint and the self serve drink machine has only 2 drinks to choose from? Why are the fast food chains the worst in Black neighborhoods?

I gave it to stars because locations always busy the employees Rush the food through and when they rush the food through the food is never correct the way you had order it so I recommend you dine somewhere else

Only thing awful about the place in my opinion is the drive through is always packed 24/7 everyday. Even for a quick stop can take forever.

Always crowded so you always have to wait a very long time before you get your food. Then, when u finally get it, it's never correct and you have to wait just as long for them to fix it.

No to bad of a place to get and go. Drive thru service is good. As many time i been here it not to bad.
