Wendy's, Upper Darby PA

Wendy's 69st has good customer service.fast check out, I especially like going to the drive through it never disappoint.

The day I came in. There was a woman in the corner well-dressed claiming to be a prophet. That I could not use the outlet or the Wi-Fi. So I left. Don't know how much business she has cost them.

The manager was working too hard while the female staff talked about finger nail polish and prom.

The staff is slow and ghetto, it's a bunch of worker on payroll and they all walk around doing nothing. The manager cares nothing that the drive through is slow. The food is good the service sucks I was in the drive through for 20 min they got my order wrong three times and was mad at me about it. I could hear them talking about me in the window I would not recommend this place.

My cod fish sandwich was scorched I was shocked Wendy's usually delivers maybe it was the cooks 1st day IDK

I've never had any major problems with this Wendy's besides the wait time on occasion that can be long. The staff are friendly and they never mess up my order.

Served me a moldy burger, never frozen though, would give zero stars if I could. Never go there. I don't know if it was on purpose or negligence, either way UNACCEPTABLE!

Hair was served in my fries. I can tell the woman has damaged hair! Not cool. Wendy's is notorious for serving me hairy food. I'm not eating at any Wendy's anymore. Obviously, they don't take proper care to cover nasty and damaged hair. Not to mention the food at this Wendy's is overpriced. 2 cheeseburger (not the meal), 4 peice nuggets and a medium fry came to over $12. Never again.
