My whole family goes we love Dr. Thomas. Been going since 2004.the front desk ladies are exceptional.great dentistry for whole family.

I've been going here for a few years now and honestly wish I could find a close dentist office to take my insurance because this place is horrible. The staff do nothing but talk the whole time they are working on your teeth and seem distracted. They told me my insurance overs this teeth whiting procedure which they made sound great so I went ahead and did it it hurts getting it done and my teeth have been messed up ever since I got it done they keep chipping! I have never had such a horrible time with my teeth! Also they told me my wisdom teeth would not come through and that I shouldn't worry about them and showed me the xray. A few weeks later I went in and sure enough I had to get all four removed because they were impacted. I think they may have gotten my xrays and someone else's mixed up because the ones they showed me the first time and the ones they showed me the next time looked nothing alike and this was only weeks apart!

I would give them less then 1 star because the receptionist have terrible customer service. If you’re working with customer service, don’t give your returning customers an attitude. I’ve worked in customer service long enough to know not to treat my customers like that.

Your company should train your staff to act professional and friendly to the public. You guys provide services for the public, so you might as well PREACH to your EMPLOYEES, to not act unprofessional and to answer their calls in a friendly manner.

To the employees reading this review, learn to be nice. It only cost $0.00 to be nice.

West Shore Family Dentistry is the best. Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable of what he's doing. He is very gentle and professional. Will DEFINITELY recommend this office.
THE BEST I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

I would like to give them 0 stars but I cant worst dentist ever they didnt finish my root canal and because of that I had to get oral surgery to remove a cyst in my sinus cavity and the tooth had to get completely removed because of the root canal that was done years ago that they screwed up on extremely unprofessional and also they made us owe a bunch of money that wasnt necessary on the bill! If you want a really good dentist go to life time dental of camphill

Dr. Thomas and his supporting staff are absolutely wonderful! My front fillings look perfect and everyone is so friendly and informational!

Rude. Called to ask a question and they answered it and then slammed the phone done and hung up. They need to get a new job and out of customer service.

Always great with my kids. Very friendly and professional. Always try to schedule my kids together and get them in quickly if they are having a problem with their teeth

Dr. Thomas is the best dentist! His support staff is also incredible! If you are looking for someone to do a great job and make you feel comfortable then go here. I have used their services for years and continue to go back when I need a great dentist.

Honestly my experience while at the practice was very good. Friendly staff, and they got me in and out in a very timely fashion. Unfortunately 4 days after I had work done one of my fillings fell out. When I called in to let them know the I was given an attitude and told they can't fit me for 23 days. I'm sorry but I believe that a patient should be better accommodated when something they had done didn't hold as it should. I guess I just won't have it fixed because I don't want to go back.

I love Dr. Yelk and the rest of the staff. They are very kind, very through and professional. I highly recommend to all of my friends.

They don't have a 2.8 rating for No reason. If you want your teeth messed up and butchered go here. If you want to feel like an outcast and uncomfortable from the time you walk in till you leave go here. If you want some dentist telling your 5 yr old his mouth looks like a grenade went off go here. If you want a dentist that yells at a mother with a newborn to shut that kid up go here. When you complain nothing will happen since all the dentist that work here also own it. I feel sorry for the young dentist who is the only good one, amd the receptionist who was embarrassed for the mother of the newborn. Just count how many people said Dr. Yelk is rude, and this place fills bad teeth. I don't care how bad you don't take care of your teeth they shouldn't be filling teeth without making sure it is okay to fill in the first place. Just shows the lack of care you will receive here.

As far as Ivan goes. He works there ignore his review. Just look at Kati Rudy's review and everyone else's. You'll see that Dr. Yelk is horrible. With the exception of one the receptionist are rude especially the big lady. Really I thought it was for another reason why I was being treated differently. Its obvious now they just don't know how to conduct business. They should be shut down. Don't be fooled most of the good reviews are from employees.

Unprofessional and very rude staff especially front desk and the people on the phone. No wonder they have bad reviews.

This is the 1st time I ever had issues with them. Told us today my middle son couldn't be seen when we were a few minutes late. Very disappointing to be told. But the worst is my 9year old son is very upset that they wouldn't see him!

01/03/18 was my very first visit at West Shore Family Dentistry and I look forward to my next visit! They are wonderful, caring and are helping me with extensive dental needs. I could not be more pleased and satisfied in just one visit!

The organization is one of the best in the area. I have been a client for close to Twenty Years and have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. My family is pleased with the experience! Thank Dr. G, Thomas, Peter and the staff.

Unpleasant experience. Office seemed unclean and the tools didn't appear to have been cleaned in the official way. Usually a new bag of tools are opened when you sit down right in front of you. These tools were pulled out of a dirty looking container. They hardly did a cleaning of my teeth and sent me on my way. Will not be returning
