24Went in for a filling and they did not Tell me my tooth was decaying and they went ahead and filled it anyway.which lead to a very bad tooth infection! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
They are careless and unprofessional, all they want is your $$$$.
They filled my 5 years old daughter infected tooth without x ray, after a month was swollen and we had to take her to Oral Surgen, guess what? 4 of her teeth had to be taken out (put her to sleep) as Westshore Dental did not find the cavity she had.
We changed dentist to Mechanicsburg Family Dentistry, they are 1st class
The level of care you experience will be directly influenced and reflected by your own dental hygiene habits. They cannot conduct miracles though they will attempt as much if you wish so. Good atmosphere with a few occasional attitudes that only add to the West Shore Family Dentistry experience.
I have worked professionally with this office and they have been great each time I have been there. They are very busy and even though that is the case, it's easy to see they care about their patients. They use top notch equipment and software, and protecting the privacy and security of their patients' health information is a priority.
