Xfinity Store by Comcast reviews
26Needed to switch out boxes, I was in & out in no time.pleasant atmosphere and staff were friendly & professional
I had a assoc who took his time. Helped he and clearly, spoke to me like he cared. It was so much better then dealing with customer sevice on the phone.
I’ve had Comcast since the early 2000’s and never had the impulse to switch to another provider. Xfinity has very good customer service and the best internet service out there I don’t care what nobody says!
So terrible. Right before Joe Biden's speech, we got no service on television. We could not watch him speak because of the "upgrade" that was happening.
We decided to try xfinity mobile, worst decision ever, dropped calls, Hotspot were sporadic customer service terrible, my wife's phone dropped every call, spent hours trying to get a new phone after they replaced the sim card, finally sent a phone and it was refurbished, we are now buying out our phones n getting a new provider. After 30 years as Comcast customers we will be going to Verizon fios, our internet wireless is usually under 100 mbps though we pay for 600mbps, we had 3 modems in 3 weeks n there answer is we need a new one. Comcrap sucks, run from them quickly.
Great customer service, knowledgeable employees, explained everything clearly and even helped me save a little money on my upgrade!
Mi hale William's was awesome. I traded 9 broken boxes for new ones. He was quick and efficient. Definitely worth the trip.
Nice store. Went to exchange my cable box and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Comcast customer service is way better than it used to be. Kudos.
Went in at 5: 40 to return cable box and remote. Took one minute plus we got a Bluetooth speaker with a coupon within one minute. Fantastic service.
The wait was extremely long. Even though we were there first, the staff took care of other customers first. When asked about it, the staff was rude and only kept saying a bit more time.
I was told to go to the store for repair and they don't do that. Customer service line needs to provide more accurate information
If you want attitude from ignorant people then this is the place for you. Had a recurring problem with signing on to the WiFi and visited the store in Havertown. Big mistake. Some bee-atch named Valerie told me that "it was my problem" and dismissed me without any explanation. But, Comcast is the only game in town so I'm stuck.
From the sign in to service was organised and fast. We were able to get new equipment and ask questions about the account in 20 minutes. The store is clean and you can browse the shelves to see what is new.
Customer service was good, but had to wait outside store for it to open for 25 minutes.
Claimed they didn't have power, but we could clearly see they had power.
Very nice. Very big. The people who work here are very helpful and nice. This place is a hugeeee step up from the old store that you had to stand in line at forever.
The service was excellent. Prices, not as much but they offered free install because they could see I was less than thrilled. They do not set the price so my complaint is def not with the store. They really were fabulous!
Well located, being right next to the Lowe's. Parking was ample. Very well lit during the day. The staff was extra helpful making sure you never felt lost or wandered for more than a few seconds at most.
I went in to cancel my service and return my equipment. I'd been dreading dealing with this situation because Comcast usually has a way of making me cave in to continue my service with them, but I was pleasantly surprised. Quick service, no questions asked, no high pressure sales pitches or offers, no wasted time.
This XFINITY store is very up to date. The staff are very friendly. I had to take my boxes back after dropping Comcast as my provider. I thought they would try to pressure me to come back, this was NOT the case. The gentleman who took care of me was so friendly and not once pressured me to come back. It was a very positive experience and not once did I feel uncomfortable. The gentleman did make sure I didn't have any questions and explained the paperwork I was receiving in regards to the returning of my cable boxes.
