26Only went to return equipment but Comcast has even managed to make this a sales pitch. Long wait in a very nice and clean store. Staff was friendly but Comcast's processes are rediculous. Its like trying to cancel Comcast-you aren't permitted.
Why is it every time we deliver a package we have to deliver to the back door when nobody is ever back there. You would think there would be a dedicated person who would accept packages if you ask us, the delivery guys, to go to the back door to deliver your package. We literally have to go back to the front so that your little minions complain at us to use the back door like come on. Like we did what you asked of us then you guys complained. The same person, that complained at us for using the front, has to go all the way back just to open the God damn door to accept the package. Even with an small envelope I understand like bulk items but small items, really? Seriously XFINITY? You hiding something management? Is a waste of our time as the delivery driver and your minions' time.
If this is how you manage on receiving postal packages then I do not know how your manager operates the store. - DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS Drivers
Two of the most awful experiences of my life visiting here twice. Even after the go ahead approval of an Xfinity agent prior to traveling to them on both occasions. The staff were constant deterrents to every action of actually making a purchase.

Great service! The staff was very nice. Waited a little longer than I would like but to their credit they were very busy and trying the or best.
I liked the store because I received quick service, but I was only there to return my Comcast hardware since I dropped their service. Comcast as a provider is another story. Avoid at all costs. 7 months of torture. Worst company ever!
