I just witness a driver pull into a bk and speed through parking lot to nearly hit another car by cutting in line. Just wow.

I would rate it zero if possible. Called at 830pm for a ride. Automated machine told me 1 hour. Called back at 945pm. Talked with a human who said they are sorry and finding a rider for us. 1145pm we gave up. Never use!

I have often reserved a Ztrip taxi for my frequent trips to the VA hospital in Pittsburgh. I have never been disappointed. The drivers are courteous and professional and actually call to confirm that I'm ready to be picked up at the desired time

Company is really hit-or-miss, if you have to call a cab don't expect them to show. I decided to try my first shot at using zTrip instead of Uber while coming home from the Pittsburgh International Airport, as a zTrip cab was waiting at the departure gate ready to go.

I found my ride home from the airport very comfortable, driver was friendly and made good conversation. Fares were reasonable. I'd be happy to use their service again, however I've never had any luck when calling a cab to come pick me up from a location. All in all, good service, if you can get them to come to you.

1st time I ordered perfection. After that I have never been able to get a ride whether I call or use the app

The service was good. Made a reservation over call.car came in time. It was late night.reliable service.fare will be usually double of what we see in lyft or Uber

Terrible service. Never arrived for pickup appointment. Their customer service was of no assistance due to their repeatedly stating the ride would arrive "in five minutes", the ride was 2 hours and 43 minutes late.and counting. We are still waiting for a ride.

The initial trip was better, they were only one hour and ten minutes late.

I would recommend any other service. I think that crawling might be faster.

In accurate information and be prepared to wait a while for a taxi. Go with Uber or Lyft. Customer service is terrible all the way up to management.

Just pulled up next to ztrip ride #347 on RT 8 and the driver was smoking with the window barely cracked. Don't use this service if you have a smoke allergy or don't want to come out smelling like a bar. The unfortunate thing is that students at PPS take this as a form of transportation- smoking shouldn't be allowed in taxis, especially by the drivers!

Horrendous experience. Promised a 2: 45 pickup, still waiting at 5: 10, following multiple calls to customer service and repeatedly being told our ride was 5 minutes from showing up.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Monday I got cab 108 at the airport Worse ride ever and feared for my life very uncomfortable ride I thought the driver was going to crash a couple of times he was going in and out of Lanes messaging on Facebook while driving had this speaker thing playing and talking back and forth swearing sexual and racist remarks if this is how ztrip conduct business I'm going to start taking Uber again his behavior was completely upsetting and unprofessional

Can I give negative stars? These people are liars and will keep you waiting for over TWO HOURS! They can't even be bothered to give you an accurate place of their cabs. They're disgustingly horrible!

Saw cab 318 on i376 at about 5pm driving down the shoulder cutting people off when called in to complain the just said ok as long as he doesnt cause an accident we dont care.

Driver 525 almost ran into me while driving towards the Ft Pitt tunnels. He saw me in the lane and still ran up to me to the point that I had to slam on my brakes.

Our driver was being horrible to us and racist he paid us 8$ instead of the normal price of 6$ or 7$

Horrible company, horrible customer service, no wonder drivers and riders are running away from them. Not recommended to both drivers and riders.

Scheduled a ride for 7am a day in advance and confirmed pickup. Driver didn't show up until 7: 35. Cancelled at 7: 25 and ordered Lyft. From Monroeville to Pittsburgh I paid Lyft $20. Best deal of the day AND showed up on time!

The driver was very nice but the ride from the airport at 1: 30 a.m. Was almost double the price of what a Lyft would have been. $25 more. I thought it might be cheaper, though you can’t get a quote ahead of time. Also, despite ZERO traffic the driver never went above 52 mph even on a major highway with no other cars and despite a $7 tip (asked for before I got out for my bag) did not automatically get out to help with my bag.

I don't understand the bad reviews, I have used Z trip multiple times over the past couple weeks and it's been awesome. They surprised me how fast they were, the fares were priced good. The drivers have been great. I will definitely keep using them in the future. Couldn't ask for better service.
