Horrible people to work for. It costs $600 a week to rent the cab whether they give you a POS or a new vehicle. My vehicle felt like a death trap. It reeked of smoke w burn holes everywhere. When it was vandalized probably by a angry customer who knows, they refused to fix for free trying to charge me $300 for a tiny triangle shaped window. Bear in mind they have a junkyard of the same vehicles for parts and full time mechanics as they fix everything on site. Total ripoff. Do not work for them unless u use ur own vehicle.

Took an hour to get a cab. I was late for interview, told by 3 different taxi's they'd be there in 10 minutes each one I called never showed

Absolutely unprofessional. The American cancer society set up an appointment with ztrip for my mother and she waited 2 hours after her meeting for them to come. They lied and said they showed up, yet she never saw them. Thanks to Uber for picking up the slack.

This is the worst unreliable car service I every used don’t even bother calling they come when they want too never at a good time

It seems that most of the ZTrip drivers do not care about safety or the rules of the road. I have seen several do unsafe things. Today, one ran a stale red light with no concern for the pssenger or the other car that almost hit him. If you value your safety, stay out of these cars

Horrible- dispatch couldn't even get my address correct after spelling it out three times. Dispatcher was awful and keep putting me on hold- 20 minutes later still no tax was ordered. DO NOT USE this company!

Those who are complaining obviously must be doing something wrong. If they'd take an extra second to figure out the app it would be so much easier to them.zTrip is awesome because you can just HAIL any of their cars and boom, you gotta ride. You can CALL them and you're on your way. You can BOOK IN ADVANCE! You can PAY WITH CASH! All of these you can't do with the 'other two'!

I'm not the person to do this type of stuff but, when I say every single time I call for ztrip I get little to no service, everytime never fails you guys suck.

Literally lost my job today because my ztrip was over an hour late called and ordered at trip at 630 am the car got there at 745

Very poor service the general manager Chad stepenak and doug need to stop being secret lovers and treat the driver's like humans that way the customers will receive better treatment.

I got hired to work there but I had to wait because I hadn't had my license back long enough yet so I reapplied and I'm just waiting to hear back from them and I hope I do

ZTrip has come a long way from yellow cab and the remarks written here must be analyzed in the correct fashion just like the news. First of all half of the comments are easily forgotten the minute Uber has a surge pricing. 2nd we have integrity like none other in the city with all of our drivers screened properly and have never robbed a liquor store or watched yo gabba gabba. The rest.look! Pittsburgh is growing at an alarming rate so please factor in the adjustment. Also as far as commenting on the driving.ride through Manhattan for 3 blocks knowing my city, your in a cab, you would want everybody cut off to get to where you wanna go! Let’s just be real it’s like the customer that calls for a cab outside Heinz field after a steeler win. ” o e vey! “ sure! I’ll be at gate a in five minutes.smh. Like reading vacation reviews rules.don’t read all the local reviews read the people who Are visiting first. Another fact many of you never took cabs until Uber and lift and now use zTrip as the fall back which is clearly evident during your surge time. We are growing just like you which makes human. Also did your driver tell their insurance company they drive for Uber? Ask how many Uber drivers have new tires and proper maintenance. Does Uber cater to the handicapped and the elderly? No business is perfect when it comes to dealing with us the people! And we know this so let’s be 100 with the comments and not blame zTrip for person imperfections. Believe me and this is not a sponsored post zTrip is working in the right direction. It will get better

Perfect ride today from Pitt's downtown to Swissvale, very comfortable and affordable taxi. In my opinion - everything's ok!

I ordered a cab at 8 am for a 2 pm pick up time. My oral surgery appointment was at 2: 40.2pm came and went. No car. No phone call. No text. Nothing. So I figured I would give them 5-10 minutes. That time passes. Nothing. I call and they say there are still searching for a car. (It is now 2: 20 pm and I ordered the car at 8am. How much time do you need? !). I am now going to be late for my appointment so I cancel the cab and frantically ask one of my neighbors to take me. If I could give 0 stars for this company I would as this is not the first time this has happened.

There’s a reason uber is running you out of business. Your drivers are insane. How about you hire people who can drive around instead of people who get their licenses out of a cereal box. They make me feel unsafe. They break the laws constantly. Take Uber or Lyft. They have to prove they can drive.

Probably some of the worst “professional” drivers I’ve ever seen in my life. Ineptly reckless. Everything from abruptly shifting lanes without signaling to flying by on the shoulder near busy intersections. I’d rather walk downtown than be in a vehicle that’s driven by one of these maniacs.

THE WORST CAB SERVICE EVER! First I called for a car and the woman said they'll be there shortly. I waited a whole hour and nobody showed up. All I got was an automated call saying the driver would arrive shortly and nobody ever came. Nobody called me, beeped a horn or anything. Mind you I was at a hospital where people get picked up by tons of cabs, ubers etc. Thankfully I was able to get an Uber for the night or I would have had to have my husband wake up and come get me at 3 a.m. When he has work early. Despicable service from a despicable company!

Waited since 630 pm for a cab and kept getting calls saying someone will be here shortly and no one showed up. Talked to a few people and got told so many stories about they can't find no one or they're 15 minutes away to be told that he will be here in a few minutes. Finally talked to a supervisor all to be told that they don't come to McKeesport and that I need to call someone else and hung up. If I could give negative stars I so would

Had to take this cab at 5am due to no uber or lyft drivers from the meadows to my house. Driver showed up half hour late and to compensate drove 80mph up 79 swerving through traffic with the windows down in january which gave me a migraine
