WOW! These guys are amazing! I test drove a couple of cars. They answered all questions I had, no pressure. They are very friendly! We ended up buying our son’s first car from them. The paperwork went super smooth. They even filled the car up with gas! I WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO EVERYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE USED CAR! Can’t say enough good things about them, they’re the “chef’s kiss”!

Just moved to the area and needed state smog and safety check on two vehicles and some additional services on one. They did a very thorough review of both vehicles, including informing us of upcoming maintenance according to our vehicles mileage and service records. They gave us an estimate on the electrical work on one vehicle, and when things went quicker than expected charged us less. Appreciate that level of honesty. A retainer holding one of the turn signal lights broke off on the way home, and they made a temporary fix, ordered the part, called us promptly when it came in, and installed it at no additional charge, showing they stand behind their work.

Steve was nothing but professional, prompt, and fair with the service he provided on our Jeep. We've used Zimmerman’s for several years on all of our vehicles and will continue.

The service was fantastic! Employees were polite and professional. They went out of their way to not only fix the problem I took my car in for - but they also observed that my car turned over hard on the cold morning I had dropped it off for service, so they tested my battery and gave me a heads up that it needed replaced soon. They didn't even mention buying one there, just provided a friendly heads up!
