Arrived at the Rapid Lube at 16: 24. Website shows they're open until 17: 00. I was third in line. A woman came out and asked me to leave because they wouldn't be able to get to me before 17: 00. Their website should have an addendum that you must be there by 15: 30. They lost a life long oil change customer.
